Vacation rentals with beach access in County Waterford

This is the 5th time we’ve stayed at Domonics place. It’s in the best location if you want to be in town. On the doorstep of all the bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is equipped woth everything you need and has the best views over the sea and mountains.

Orla’s place is a little slice of relaxation and perfection. We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay and felt so at home in her cozy place. Orla is so friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Waterford town and we had an easy time getting a taxi into town and back so we could enjoy ourselves. We sat outside for breakfasts to enjoy the outdoor courtyard, which is really cute and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet and a tranquil getaway! We will visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dara’s loft. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. The beach was only across the road. The loft was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a great view of the water from the living space. The information Dara provided was really helpful and we tried out some of the restaurants he recommended - all were lovely!

This house is centrally located for exploring Tramore. The house itself is cozy, bright and feels like home. It is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The beds and couch are very comfortable and the quirky pieces of art really add to the ambiance. Maria was very responsive and friendly with any questions we had. Highly Recommend this property. Hope to visit again very soon.

We were really happy with our experience at Cora's beautiful flat. We needed a sanctuary for some days/nights and that was exactly what we got. It was very private, quiet and peaceful. Cora provided a few treats for our arrival which was greatly appreciated. We felt very welcome! The flat itself was spotlessly clean, good furniture and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't meet Cora in person but communication via Airbnb chat went smoothly and there was a phone number provided, too. Parking was easy, WiFi reliable and the views incredible. We loved everything and recommend the flat to everyone who is looking for a gem off the beaten track. The pub (4 minutes by car) has to be mentioned, too : great atmosphere, good selection of drinks, friendly staff and fantastic pizzas! Thank you, Cora!

Martina and family were absolutely lovely! They made us feel so welcome! The communication was above expectations- they provided assurance, warm conversation and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as described. We would stay here again!

John’s house is an absolute gem of a property. A beautiful quiet location with the village right on the doorstep and with sea views - what more could you ask for! The house is immaculately kept and is so comfortable. It’s very spacious and lots of thought has gone into the detail so you can switch off from your everyday life to your holiday life with ease. We highly recommend this property if you are heading to the sunny south coast.

A truly memorable stay! Not many can say they were the Keeper’s of the Lighthouse for a few nights…the views were stunning and the house is beautifully updated with modern comforts. Saoirse’s list of recommendations worked out well for us and we enjoyed a couple of local restaurants and pubs. We had a lovely time and would definitely return and stay longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Cathal’s place in Bunmahon! From the start, Cathal was a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and making sure we felt right at home. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Cathal, for your warm hospitality! The house is absolutely fantastic, equipped with every comfort you could need for a truly relaxing stay. Justine has been an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place—it features spacious rooms with plenty of natural light, and a cozy, beautifully decorated living room that’s perfect for unwinding. This is truly a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Couldn't recommend highly enough. House was well equipped with everything we needed and was clean, spacious and comfortable. Immediately felt at home and would definitely come back. We used as a base for a Coumshingaun Loop hike but the short stroll to the beach (and sauna... also highly recommended!) or to the pub and village made it a really convenient location. The coast walks from Dunmore East are stunning too.

We had a fantastic stay in Emir's place in the Dunes! Such a great location, a short walk from the beach and town centre but in a private and quiet estate. The place was spotless and extremely comfortable and Emir had thought of everything we could need! Will definitely be staying again ☺️

A great spot for a young family. Has all the basic amenities needed (per what's described) and close to the main attractions. Vince and Rachel were very communicative and helped resolve a minor issue we faced promptly. We would be happy to be back!

Modern, clean and comfortable. Regardless of being in the main street, not very noisy. Could walk to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Host very helpful. Provided extra space for our bicycles. We enjoyed the garden space out the back. Apart from no free parking at the property, we managed as we used the option suggested by the host, the stay was excellent and will highly recommend it.

The apartment is gorgeous, idyllic location and very clean. My daughter and I loved it here and can’t wait to come back. :)

Stayed here with my mam, sister and kids and we had the best time the location was so great so close to all amenities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless clean and so spacious for all of us. The host Gillian went above and beyond for us nothing was a problem and she had lovely little extras and a lovely note was just really nice. I will definitely be returning and I will be recommending it to my family and friends 😀

Very central and lively location, lots to do and see in Dungarvan. Tony gave us a lovely welcome and was very responsive. The property is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, a home from home.

Nice place, views are amazing. It’s not as private as the photos suggest, it’s attached to another house/apartment, but it’s still lovely. Needs an extractor fan, we set off the smoke alarm twice with some light cooking. The apartment is spotless, modern, warm and comfortable. The area is quiet and the beach at the end of the lane is 10/10

Well we have just stayed at Dairmuds penthouse apartment this week and I must say the apartment is brilliant 👏 very spacious and it has everything you need at hand the views are breathtaking and on arrival Diarmuid was very kind to help us up the stairs with our luggage he's a very friendly man and offered us help to settle in not to mention the cold beer and wine he left which was most appreciated I definitely recommend Dairmuds apartment to anyone planning on staying in Youghal
