Alanna has the perfect approach to being a host, and had a very welcoming presence and was always on hand to respond to queries and requests to boost the heating when it got chilly in the evening/later afternoon. The cottage itself is spacious, private, and ideal for a tranquil break. The view is amazing from all windows in the main living spaces, and the twinkle lights are such a beautiful touch, we had them on each night and it added to the magical charm of the cottage. We also had the beach to ourselves on most walks. For visitors coming I’d recommend coming well stocked for what you need, as there are no local amenities to replenish. We were left a lovely few touches of fresh milk, beautiful scones, and salt, pepper, and olive oil, as well as toilet roll and some fire lighters, but only one bin liner for 3 days over Easter which was a bit hard manage. The open fire smokes far too heavily to use it, but the wood burning stove was perfect and cosy. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Annual staycation with the doggos which calls for dog friendly accomodation. The house was in a great location beside Kennigar Beach good for the early morning dog walks or a dip in the sea (if that's your thing). good for a base while out sight seeing or just a short walk i to the town for a few drinks and some food.

Had a brilliant weekend at Seamus house! Seamus was very responsive and even allowed early check in and late check out. Seamus house is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, very spacious for the whole family The house came equipped with everything you could think of! Such peaceful surroundings and close to the local pub, beach, pier and golf club. Would 100% recommend Seamus place to my friends and family. Thank you so much again Seamus

The views are spectacular. The cabin is spacious, new and clean. Includes all you need (except towels). Situated in a quiet location. Great place to find some peace. The beach is close, however if you want to walk to the beach, it can be dangerous as you need to walk on fairly busy road that has no footpaths. Overall it was a great stay!
