Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

No parties but have a good time. This house is on well water which some people do not like at all. There is water cooler with hot and cold on demand and a Britta pitcher as well. Handicap accessible. Smart TV and Wifi available. Kitchen basics but more available upon request especially for long-term. Accomodations for the eight include someone on the sofa/air mattress. There's only one bathroom. 2 rooms are up stairs steeper than some prefer. Main BR and bathroom on 1st floor.

Joe's place has great river views from the ground floor and the second floor balcony. I had a great river view from inside my second floor room. Watching the river flow I saw ducks, herons, and even a bald eagle. I enjoyed staying there and walking to Algonquin for food and drinks. Thank you Joe and you friendly hosts.
