Vacation rentals with breakfast in Council of the City of Sydney

The place was well communicated with accurate photo representation. Sam was very easy to communicate with. The cottage was located in a great spot easy to access. The stay was beautiful.

Tony’s place is so lovely, really great location, lots of space, quiet, clean, peaceful yet super close to the city. Tony’s a great host and if I could stay here for longer I would!

Phou's place is a lovely renovated terrace in the heart of the very cool Newtown area. The room is at the front of the house on the ground floor which i liked. Also on the ground floor was the sitting room , kitchen and bathroom which I had exclusive use of. Phou and his partner live upstairs with, I assume, their own facilities. The room was sparkling clean and beautifully presented with an oil burner low lights and a fan set up for my arrival. The room has nice heavy curtains which I appreciated as I always try and sleep in if possible. Phou had also bought fresh bread, bacon and eggs and cereals as well as fresh fruit for my "help yourself" breakfast. A lovely experience in the heart of the inner suburbs.

Simon’s place was fantastic—everything matched the description perfectly. The surrounding area is lovely, with a big park right in front of the house, making it a great spot to relax. Simon himself was incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall, a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

Tim was a real responsive host and the apartment was extremely comfortable

Very convenient location, close to shops, movie theatre and White Rabbit Gallery. Central station accessible by foot. The apartment is a nice place for 3 people. Good communication with the host.

Jenni is truly a fantastic host who fully deserves her Superhost status. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The apartment itself is spacious for a two-bedroom, very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can really see the care and attention Jenni puts into every detail to make her guests feel at home. The included parking space was a great bonus, and the location is very convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and shops all within a 5–10 minute drive. I would happily recommend Jenni’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and worry-free stay.

We had a lovely stay in Tims house. ... husband, adult daughter and myself. The bedrooms are compact with comfortable beds. The balcony has a lovely view of the bay and is well set out. The cleanliness could have been better but I spoke to Tim already about this and he popped a bottle of wine into us which was a nice gesture. Its very well located and Tim had some personal recommendations for restaurants etc. Would stay here again!

The location of Sarah’s place at Rushcutters Bay was perfect for our stay in Sydney. Easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, restaurants in Potts Point. Could also walk to the iconic Opera House which we did despite the sweltering Sydney heat. The pantry was well stocked and Sarah was generous in letting guests enjoy whatever there was at home, which was good to get started. The one thing (which is on the listing) is there is no air conditioning. There are several fans in all the rooms. This was not an issue for us, but could be if the temperatures in Sydney soar. All in all a comfortable stay.

Louise is an amazing host. She communicates well, provides detailed instructions and information, and responds quickly to any request. The views are amazing. Plenty of nearby conveniences. Hopefully, the ground floor restaurant re-opens because that would be super convenient.

The apartment was nice overall. The WiFi worked well and was perfect for meetings. The kitchen was well equipped. There were many supplies to use for toilet paper, paper towel, and so on which was very nice. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small but the shower was good. The location is well connected to a bus and grocery store nearby. Overall, I recommend the apartment.

Bronte is an organised and friendly host and her homey, cute place is as described. Lovely outlook over the city and walkable to lots of spots from surprisingly quiet location. Thanks for having us!

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Local to cafes, Bronte Beach and Queens Park. Warm and cosy with extra blankets for warmth. Beautiful flowers on display for our arrival! My favourite touch! The only thing that disappointed us was that we happened to be staying during a time of lots of construction happening on the main road around the corner, so it wasn’t the peaceful stay we were expecting. Lots of trucks passing by. Other than that, we were very content and would stay again.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Thoroughly recommend staying here. Always feel like home away from home. Beautiful space with everything you could possibly need.

Fantastic hosts, beautiful house in a great part of Sydney. Darren and Ralph were personable, made an effort to be welcoming and make my stay comfortable.
