Inlove with this place I’ve been to plenty of air bnbs and this was one of the most clean beautiful everything you need and kid friendly. I definitely recommend and will be coming back I didn’t want to leave :(

This was our second time staying at Casa Fabian. We absolutely love staying here and will continue to book whenever we are in Puerto Rico. The home was spotless when we arrived. Luis provides excellent directions to his place, complete with a video to ensure ease of access. We had a super late arrival and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we arrived. He even left some drinks and sandwiches for us as there’s really no food options available at 2 AM. Super thoughtful! There were plenty of towels and linens for my party of 4. If you forgot toiletries, it’s likely Luis has some in the house. There are even beach supplies provided so you have some shade and a place to sit when heading to the beach. The area is quiet and has plenty of great restaurants nearby (definitely go to Pollos Robby!) The horse is one of my favorite parts about staying here. She’s so sweet and loves to say hi whenever she hears the door open. I highly recommend Casa Fabian to everyone!

He ido varias veces a PR y este es el mejor lugar donde me he quedado, tal cual como en las fotos, volvería allí una y otra vez, excelente ubicación, tiene todas las comodidades y Samuel es súper atento, siempre responde y da recomendaciones súper buenas!

Si lo que quieres es desconectarte, tener paz y tranquilidad es el lugar indicado! El camino un poco difícil, es una carretera pequeña solo cabe un carro a la vez pero al ser un poco alejado no hay muchos carros pasando por ella! El lugar es precioso me sentí segura en todo momento y literal fue cómo un retiro para mi! Asegúrate de llevar todo lo que necesitas pq está bastante alejado ! La única observación que tengo para mejorar es que no tiene microondas lo cual es un resuelve cuando estás de vacaciones con niños! Por lo demás todo excelente

Súper satisfechos de hospedarnos aquí. Muy limpio, muy exclusivo, muy tranquilo Y tal cual en las fotos. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en este lugar. Cerca de muchísimas playas hermosas de manatí incluso caminando. Y la fogata fue de las mejores actividades. Ellos siempre están al pendiente y a la disposición con tan solo un mensaje, en lo que sea que necesitemos. Recomendado 100% !!!! Tremendas personas y muy humildes! ❤️👌🏽

Me encantó el lugar. Muy limpio y callado. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar comodo. Un lugar censillo para verdaderamente disfrutar de la familia. Fue un placer poder estar en este lugar y fura del bullicio. Me hubiera gustado que en cada cuarto hubiera una unidad de ac/ aire acondicionado. L Ortiz

We had a beautiful stay, the house is gorgeous and the property and views are stunning. We loved dining and hanging out on the outdoor terrace. Kids had a blast playing in the huge lawn area and splashing in the pool. There are also games and toys which kept them entertained. The house is less than 10 minutes from some stunning beaches, and although it is easily accessible from San Juan and local restaurants and attractions, it has the feel of being totally secluded, perched on a beautiful hilltop with expansive lush green views. There is a great attention to detail with high quality and tasteful furnishings throughout the property, and Edgardo is very responsive and helpful. We were staying with our friends, so there were four adults and four kids and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. This house has an amazing balance of convenience, comfort and privacy in a totally idillic location. Highly recommended! A+ stay
