Inlove with this place I’ve been to plenty of air bnbs and this was one of the most clean beautiful everything you need and kid friendly. I definitely recommend and will be coming back I didn’t want to leave :(

This was our second time staying at Casa Fabian. We absolutely love staying here and will continue to book whenever we are in Puerto Rico. The home was spotless when we arrived. Luis provides excellent directions to his place, complete with a video to ensure ease of access. We had a super late arrival and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we arrived. He even left some drinks and sandwiches for us as there’s really no food options available at 2 AM. Super thoughtful! There were plenty of towels and linens for my party of 4. If you forgot toiletries, it’s likely Luis has some in the house. There are even beach supplies provided so you have some shade and a place to sit when heading to the beach. The area is quiet and has plenty of great restaurants nearby (definitely go to Pollos Robby!) The horse is one of my favorite parts about staying here. She’s so sweet and loves to say hi whenever she hears the door open. I highly recommend Casa Fabian to everyone!

We loved this place. The location was very peaceful and we really enjoyed the pool. The photos were true to form. I would definitely consider coming back to this Airbnb location again next time I visit Puerto Rico!

Super satisfied to stay here. Very clean, very exclusive, very quiet And just like it in the photos. I would definitely stay in this place again. Close to so many beautiful manatee beaches even walking. And the bonfire was one of the best activities. They are always on the lookout and available with just a message, in whatever we need. We had a beautiful stay, the house is gorgeous and the property and views are stunning. We loved dining and hanging out on the outdoor terrace. Kids had a blast playing in the huge lawn area and splashing in the pool. There are also games and toys which kept them entertained. The house is less than 10 minutes from some stunning beaches, and although it is easily accessible from San Juan and local restaurants and attractions, it has the feel of being totally secluded, perched on a beautiful hilltop with expansive lush green views. There is a great attention to detail with high quality and tasteful furnishings throughout the property, and Edgardo is very responsive and helpful. We were staying with our friends, so there were four adults and four kids and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. This house has an amazing balance of convenience, comfort and privacy in a totally idillic location. Highly recommended! A+ stay
