all the same as the photos, excellent space, a personal opinion: there was only one coffee maker missing, a lot of coffee in the course of the day...but this does not neglect the space is just an observation ...in everything.

Excellent option , all new well equipped , excellent location ( a lot of noise at night due to the bars of the region, which does not disturb the night) ,air conditioning and weak for the size of the room, and lacked only a water filter, the rest is ok. I RECOMMEND

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Maria’s apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. My parents, who are a bit older, had some trouble with the facial recognition entry at first, but they quickly managed to resolve it. The location is perfect—just a few blocks from Avenida Paulista, with plenty of dining options nearby. It’s also ideal for those traveling for medical reasons, as it’s close to several clinics. Great host! Extremely nice, polite and proactive. Apartment very well located near the main restaurants of the neighborhood and offices in Itaim Bibi. I recommend it 100%. We went to Sao Paulo for a week to work intensively and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is always impeccable and very comfortable, with more than enough equipment, and first-class security and cleaning service. We were able to rest, we trained in the gym and they always treated us very well. I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay. Extremely proactive hosts in assisting us with any questions. It is worth mentioning a partnership started with local commerce in which some products are in the house and guests can enjoy and pay the distributor later.

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! Super recommend staying at their home! It was really great!

Sítio Nova Europa is simply amazing! From the impeccable decoration, which deserves a standout apart, to the privileged location and all the leisure possibilities that the place offers. Both the main house and the guest house are extremely well equipped, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. During our visit, we count on the attentive support of Fatima, always helpful and careful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The host, Victor, was also exemplary, providing all the necessary support from the time of booking until the end of our stay. We're already looking forward to come back and live this experience again!

We were in three couples and the house surprised us positively! We expected two double beds and a sofa bed, but we found three bedrooms with super comfortable double beds, in addition to the children's bedroom and one more bathroom — that is, much more space than advertised. Everything clean, organized, well-equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor area: barbecue, a spa with hot and cold sauna and a jacuzzi with perfect temperature for relaxing. The stay was impeccable and would be back for sure!

We spent the Easter holiday and had a great stay. We were greeted with a beautiful Bauducco basket❤️ The house was spotless. We had cold days and yet we were able to enjoy the heated pool, which is the great advantage of the house. We used the fireplace and watched movies on the big screen in the living room ❣️ We'll be back again...☺️

Nice place very peaceful and relaxing.

We spent amazing days... the sunset in this place is spectacular and the landscape is a feast for the eyes. The experience of proximity to the horses and cattle of the property was wonderful. The pool was very nice and the bonfire area in the moonlight was really special. The barbecue area is excellent. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and functional air-conditioning. Super polite and helpful owner.
