We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

Excellent accommodation! We felt at home, we spent a beautiful and happy weekend. Large house, airy, clean, with excellent natural clarity. The playground and pool won over the children. My family and I loved spending the weekend at Renata and Marcelo's house. Place with a beautiful view, cozy atmosphere, clean and equipped for a great stay. Receptive hosts ready to serve us. What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

We spent an amazing fds at the home of Dna Albertina, which always served us quickly, being very friendly and helpful. The house is wonderful, huge (more beautiful than in the photos) very organized, clean. With an incredible view of the mountains and sunset. The fantastic leisure area. The kids had a lot of fun. It is a great place to gather a lot of people with a great gourmet area with barbecue area, games room, an elastica bed that the children loved and the heated pool (we went to the night)...all this was a huge differential. The house is all walled, for anyone who wants to take their dog is very safe, without escape route. Just one day that the Internet was a little unstable, but it honestly didn't miss us. Everyone loved the site and we intend to come back more times and stay longer days, because 1 weekend was little....

As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay! Gesiele was extremely kind, attentive and polite, always willing to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations: well located, clean, tidy and with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. My wife, who is a Grey's Anatomy fan, was delighted with the picture of the characters and the striking phrase – a special touch that made all the difference. Our son had a lot of fun in the playground, which made everything even more perfect. In addition, the price is fair for everything the accommodation provides. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

Estadia was quiet, the building system is great, 24h concierge, friendly porters and quiet neighbors. The apartment is clean, fans were important and worked well. It has a coexistence in front of the address that helps and the building has a 24-hour market with some emergency items. I do not recommend only ordering pizza from the mama pizzeria that has leaflets in the building, one of the people from the apto ate the pizza and had food poisoning, calabresa was very strange, after being hospitalized one day she was fine. Very thankful for providing a home out of home for us. Thanks for some prepared food which helped us after a long flight. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with artist atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to the main avenue and very safe neighborhoods. Great price too! Best wishes to you all!

As for Graziele, it's all compliments! very nice and gave information and made everything very clear, as for the property, the negative point is that it does not have parking, and this in São Paulo represents a certain inconvenience because private parking is very expensive and access to the property is in a very busy and dangerous place for the night. As for the interior of the property, it fulfills the purpose of being a place to sleep after the commitments in the city, everything works well there, the noise problem (due to facing the viaduct) is perfectly isolated by the windows, but then it gets hot in there on hot days, the fan can't handle it and it gets uncomfortable, on cool days it's good! It needs air conditioning. I only rented it for my family to rest before the event and sleep right after, so for this purpose it served very well.

Easy to find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a parking spot on the street, very close to the building. Everything was organized and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

I've already stayed at the place, for me it's always an excellent option, as I'm a resident of the region. As always, everything in the most perfect order, Michel is an excellent person and an even better host.

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

I was super well received by the host! The house is perfect for what I was looking for. In a quiet place, with an outdoor area to relax in at night. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house is very close to a market. So I could eat at home. I didn't use a car but there is a garage. Cozy atmosphere! I'll definitely go back!
