Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Coteaux-sur-Loire

We had a great time. The accommodation is very comfortable, exceptional quality, great location. Air conditioning was a plus this week when temperatures were very high! Aure was attentive to our well-being and very responsive. Recommended without hesitation!

We had a very good night at Cyril's place. The bedding is good and Cyril was particularly attentive and welcoming.

Great place! The exterior is a major asset: beautiful, pleasant, peaceful, an accessible cherry tree, a garden in front, a lot behind, two different atmospheres for different times of the day, a very well furnished interior. The downside that can be found in other comments: insufficient dishes. And the fact that the toilets and bathrooms don't close!

We enjoyed it. What a lovely place. Here we could really unwind. The cottage is beautifully decorated, nothing is missing. In the morning and in the evening, we saw a deer with her young. Amazing. Sonia is a pleasant host who is ready when you need something and offers you all the privacy you crave. Thank you Sonia for the lovely stay.

This property is very special! I loved my time at it. It is such a warm property with so much character but has all the modern elements that are needed for a comfortable longer stay. The internet speed was fantastic as well and I could telework with no issues. The property is private without feeling isolated. I would love to return to this property in the future!

Excellent stay, well located accommodation in a quiet environment and close to amenities. The chateau is a 5-minute walk away. Very attentive and caring host. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Recommended accommodation.

We stayed at Gite La Chaumière for 5 nights at the end of a 3-week holiday in France, and what a wonderful end to our trip it proved to be. Jérôme and Séverine were friendly hosts. They offered us a very warm welcome and had left us a bottle of local fizz (Vouvray) and a local delicacy to enjoy. Communication with them was easy and they offered flexibility with regard to our check-in/check-out time. The gite was very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed (including dishwasher/washing tablets). The private parking spaces and covered porch to store our bikes were a bonus. The location is very peaceful, in the country, and we enjoyed the private garden where we could relax and simply listen to the birds overhead. Local highlights on our trip were le marché de Langeais on Sunday morning (a classic French market with quality local produce), the Château d'Ussé and a bike trip to Tours along the river (Loire à Vélo), all on the doorstep.

Everything was perfect, reading and her husband are very welcoming and kind people. I recommend them, looking forward to returning for a future trip by bike.

Jessica is experienced, the instructions are clear, the accommodation is very clean and close to the TGV train station. The accommodation is well arranged and all the necessities are available.

Enjoyed our weekend in Saumur. The Airbnb is in a great location, while being very quiet. Good communication, clear instructions. We recommend it.

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Julien's apartment is small and cozy, perfect for a stopover and with a nice large balcony. There is a parking space in front of the door and the apartment was very clean. We felt very comfortable.

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Good experience. The place was as described. Very nice, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.
