Large private house on a cliff by the sea, between Gaspé (20 min.) and Percé (30 min.). It offers tranquility, away from the road and panoramic views of the sea and the Bay of Gaspé. You can admire the sunrise over the sea and a breathtaking starry sky. Close to a golf course and the small beach of Prével, you will have access to several other activities within 30 minutes: Rocher Percé, Emerald River, beaches, kayaking, fishing dock, spa, Forillon Park 45 min away.
