Small apartment located in a quiet corner in Rivière-au-Renard 100 meters from the marina and the beach. A truly spectacular location. This listing is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides brightness but not a view of the river. However, you can go out into the courtyard and have direct access to a large promenade and take long walks there by the water. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). A few minutes' walk to the salmon river. A great little Kiboikoi coffee shop 2 minutes away and a canteen 1 minute away!
