Exceptional experience. Warm welcome. A host and tour guide who is attentive, caring and knows how to make themselves available. If you are passionate about history like Florentin, the discussions and moments shared are even more enjoyable. The cottage is comfortable, clean and has all amenities. It is generally close to major historical sites by car. The environment is peaceful. I would highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to these places full of history with caring hosts. Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! Well equipped and clean. We had a good stay in this apartment.

Very nice and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain the dishes not being clean). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but it's a shame that it's so narrow and that other poorly parked residents hinder maneuvers (which are numerous and difficult).
