Everything was perfect! We really appreciated the warm welcome from Philippe and his wife. They take great care of the hosts (kind attention to the welcome) and very kind to the children. The cottage was very clean and equipped with all the necessities "like at home", with high quality amenities. The garden is very well appointed with lots of children's games, garden furniture and very nice and flowery. We fully understand the success of this gite, which is amply merited.

Accommodation and magical environment... We felt like we left very far while we were in the same village as our 🏠 main house.. Soothing accommodation, very pleasant to stay there.... Matches the photos and description.... You can find everything and even more.... Bedding.... We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.... Thanks to the biquettes 🐐and birds 🐦 for all these moments of "break"... Pascale is a very, pleasant, responsive, attentive host... She is in harmony with her rental... Thanks also to his son who is also very available... I will definitely be back again, but this time alone, to appreciate this place and the moments that flow from it, at its fair value. Peaceful accommodation, as described and located in a small, very quiet subdivision. The garden is beautifully wooded and clean. The location allows you to shine in the surroundings of Perros Guirec and take very nice walks. Welcoming and caring host. Friendly stay with the family.

After a fabulous month at Erwin’s place, I wish I could give it six stars ! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything is as it was represented. The cooking wear in the kitchen was quite extensive, and you can make just about anything you want. The home is walkable to the beach, and if the wind the right directions you can hear the waves. Bonus: The WiFi is fast, it was great for our working vacation. I could go on, but read the other reviews. This place is delightful. Highly recommend.

True to the original spirit of Airbnb, namely staying with locals, Christine's house is really hers, reflecting her tastes and her world - and not just any secondary accommodation devoid of personality. The whole place is practical, well arranged, warm and everything is done to make you feel good. Double favorite for the ideal location (spectacular panorama just a stone's throw away) and the profusion of books: pure happiness!

We had a lovely stay in Erquy and especially in this spacious, pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Jean is very welcoming, available and not stingy with good advice when it comes to things to see in the area! ( The sunset 2 steps from the accommodation is great!) This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. The decor has been tastefully chosen and makes you feel at ease in a warm environment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates the stay. Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Spectacular view of the huge beach of Rosaires. You can watch the sunrise from the living room sofa and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. It didn't bother us. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host and offers very good advice. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Loved our stay.
