Beachfront vacation rentals in Cote d'Azur

We had a great stay at this well-located apartment. It’s right across from the beach with lovely sea views, and there are several quiet coves nearby with clear water — ideal for swimming. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was very helpful during the heat, and private parking made things easy. The train station is just a short walk away, with Cannes less than 30 minutes by train — perfect for day trips. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay. We’d definitely return.

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! Excellent location: feet in the sand on a beautiful beach in Le Lavandou. Accommodation in a very quiet residence. Private parking which is very nice, especially in busy periods. Pierre is a very good host who responds very quickly to messages and adapts to his guests. Michèle the concierge is also friendly.

Our 2nd visit to Nat & Fred's apartment, we hope to return next year. What better recommendation could there be. A lovely flat, excellent hosts and the best view in Antibes.

Delphine made us feel right at home! We enjoyed eating breakfast in the beautiful cottage and swimming in the pool. The property was safe, secure, and quiet. Air conditioning is quite a rare amenity in the region. Excellent proximity to public transport made it an ideal jumping off point for exploring the Rivera!

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we fehlt completly home. The House has everything you could need - and even more. Fully equiped (especially the kitchen), cozy and thoughtfully arranged with lots of little extras that made the stay Even more enjoyable. The communication with Sabrina was amazing - quick to respond, friendly and helpful with any questions. We truly enjoyed the stay and recommend it to everyone :)

In an idyllic setting, the house offers quality services: bedding, private bathrooms, practical and fully equipped kitchen for 7, a terrace with exceptional views. We'll be happy to go back!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

Modern apartment, view from the balcony just amazing, pool clean and large. Upstairs apartment with air conditioning and two new TVs. Jean Jacques and Ingrida were very friendly and accommodating. Although the house is located on the tracks, the passing trains did not bother us during the day. Very nice surroundings, many beaches nearby. Accommodation is highly recommended!!!

Beautiful location, balcony had unadulterated view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Right on the promenade and a beautiful walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy to access from the airport and a great base to get out and explore the French Riviera. Highly recommended

The views from this place are everything! Home is beautiful, perfect for our family of six. Away from the town center but convenient to all nearby activities and day trips. Definitely recommend!
