This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin amidst the trees, in a cool and quiet setting between my house and a trailer on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to the front of your cabin 6€/pers and evening basket 15€ per person or tables d 'hôtes 24€ by reservation payment only in cash.

Please note that the barbecue is a wild barbecue. So, if there is a prefectural order, this is prohibited. Regarding the hot tub, please indicate in the description that it is a Roman bath located in the wellness area. It's an option, as well as the sauna and everything that goes with it.
