On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, on the living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The sleeping area is located on the garden side to enjoy the perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.

Situated in the delightful fishing village of Yport our gite is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The gite has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 adults plus 2 children/adolescents. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI and flat screen TV the gite has a small area outside to relax with a cup of coffee/ tea or drink. Just nearby are are restaurants, a boulangerie, convenience store and butcher.
