Our seaside house is a well presented single storey home built in recent years and located in the center of Costinesti village. The property has solar & electrical water heating and its interior design is simple and cozy with comfy beds, clean bathrooms, a modern fitted kitchen and a nice yard with a BBQ and a swing. Attractive local beaches are within a 5 minute walk. Our place is close to the city center and public transport. The AC unit is located in the hallway for rooms no. 4&5.

March 2023 update: all rooms have AC, added new mattresses, new TV sets, and new minifridges in all rooms. ENTIRE HOUSE RENTING IS NOT AVAILABLE. 150m away from the beach, local family owned who lives in all long. Rooms are on two floors and can adapt (2-5 people), depending on preferences. The Garden, terrace, BBQ + other auxiliaries are free to use—full access to the kitchen on request.
