The place is as shown in the photos and fully equipped, both Catalina and Elaine were very receptive and with excellent recommendations for a wonderful stay! The house is very cozy, the area is quiet in general and you can breathe a good atmosphere. With the hosts we had a small inconvenience as a result of an unexpected event that occurred in the family and we requested a change of date to which they initially accessed but when we did it through airbnb they did not accept it and requested that we directly cancel the same, thus being exposed to the possibility of losing the money. Everything else is fine, the house is very clean and tidy. Tony, the guy who helps, excellent human, very attentive and willing.

This place is amazing! A little serene piece of heaven. very spacious, clean and quiet. If you need a getaway to recharge, this is the place. The rooftop view is breath taking!

Julia’s place was impeccably designed with beautiful personal touches to the aesthetic. In a very quiet residential neighbourhood I would say it is almost mandatory to have a car in order to enjoy all there is to offer in the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a peaceful tranquil stay this is the place for you.

Truly a great experience overall and this trip was a surprise for my partner, she absolutely loved everything about it! We were instantly welcomed with open arms by John and Joanne, they gave us a tour and it was such a unique feeling. Very wholesome, lots to do in the home and outside as well, they offer a great ATV excursion and showed us the true beauty of puerto plata! They even recommended amazing places for nightlife and restaurants. The home was in great condition, and we got the well deserved break we needed! Highly recommend :)

Everything was great place was cleand and looked just like the pictures posted. Donald was very nice and made sure we had everything i needed.

Yandri was Always responsive to all our questions and concerns providing us with the best advice possible. The bathrooms and kitchen are well maintained and distributed as well as outside are of this penthouse. Definitely this penthouse is an excellent place to stay on a vacation at this great location in Puerto Plata.

Literally the perfect stay for a solo traveler... And Rob is a solid guy and made sure everything went smooth... The staff and everyone there made me feel welcome and I felt safe the whole time, even late nights.. Would definitely recommend...

Great place. Host was responsive and attentive. Gave clear instructions on how to access the unit and reached out to make sure everything was okay. The unit was clean and it was a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vincent's condo. It was clean, well organized, and just steps to the beautiful pool. It is about a 15-minute walk to Encurento Beach for us, but keep in mind we are seniors. Im sure avid walkers could shorten this to 10 minutes. We highly recommend staying here. We plan to return next year. The Co-Host Guillaume checked in with us to make sure our needs were met and went above and beyond our expectations to make us comfortable. A five-star rating from us.

Great space! We enjoyed our stay with 6 adults and 1 infant, did not feel crowded! We liked the well equipped kitchen and access to the roof. Jimmy got us some extra things and was super responsive and flexible. It is on a very busy corner so the traffic noise was a lot at times, just something to keep in mind if you have more sensitive people in your group.
