the location was great near the city with great food and beautiful tourist attractions. My family of 8 and I fit very comfortably I would recommend this place and would stay here again!

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

We stayed at this property for a month, as we usually travelled to DR every summer and by far this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The house was spotless, very well maintained, cleaned and very spacious. Maria was always available if we needed something. We felt at home in this property. Highly recommended, will definitely go back there!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

Francisco was the absolute best host. He was incredibly accommodating with any questions or requests we had but just went above and beyond with recommendations and coordinating things in Sosua. We had the best time. The space was perfect for our family of 3, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and private jacuzzi were a huge plus. Highly recommend!

We spent 10 excellent days, as a family, in this large villa with swimming pool and a beautiful garden. It had everything we needed, the pool table being a plus. Thank you for Vanessa's communication, and the checkout with the appreciated help of her husband. Good location, this place is highly recommended.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

Beautiful home! Looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect on the first floor for individuals with mobility disabilities. Security is very friendly and helpful. The location is also surrounded by a high wall/fence which made us feel safer. Directly behind the unit there's a kids playground and pool. very fun. Also, the unit was beautiful, big showers and very clean.

We had a fantastic stay in Kendy’s place! The property was exactly as described—super clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The garden was a peaceful oasis, and everything from the lighting to the A/C and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It truly felt like a home away from home. A couple of helpful tips: be sure to bring mosquito repellent, especially if you’re spending time outside in the evenings. Also, if you’re traveling with pets, make sure they’re on a leash or well supervised—the property is not fully enclosed and it’s easy for animals to wander off. Kendy, the host, was kind and helpful, though responses took a little time—just something to keep in mind. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

I feel lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful home in such a peacful and private area. I would definetly recommend this place its clean an well upkept with a very friendly host. Also its close to alot of beachs and resteraunts. One last thing the view from the roof was absolutely stunning

Just recently, I visited Puerto Plata and stayed at Mary’s place. It was very cozy, and I loved the colors! The furniture and especially the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the beach, which was a huge plus for me. It’s a cute pink house with a cozy vibe. I would definitely recommend this place. Our stay was absolutely amazing! This spot is perfect for couples and couldn’t be more ideally located. The beach and main restaurants are just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient. The beach itself was stunning—peaceful, quiet, and free from vendors, which made it even more relaxing. The apartment is in the perfect location, with two nearby spots to grab anything you need. For longer stays, we recommend heading to the Jumbo in town for groceries—it’s affordable and has everything you might need. Most importantly, this place is inside of a gated community and we felt safe to walk at all hours of the day and night including on the beach. The host truly went above and beyond, showing incredible hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place—we had such a great time!

This is the second time we've stayed at the villa. I love this house and it's location, it's literally the only house right on the beach. The back yard area is the perfect spot to entertain your group. Local stores inside Costambar have all of the essentials for your day to day needs and a taxi to Jumbos round trip is only $10. Make friends with the beach staff, they are great people and will make sure you have chairs in the shade all day. I had so much fun playing bocci ball with them and look forward to seeing them again next winter. We ate at many of the local restaurants but my favorite was Sol Mia the Italian resonant. The cook there is an absolute artist in the kitchen and they have a wood fire pizza oven that puts out some great pies. For me the most important thing about renting is location and this is the absolute best. Being on the ocean and having a beautiful pool make this villa one of the best. Lourdes is an excellent host, ask her anything and she will help you. Cheers!!!

We highly recommend Gloria’s home. Very close to the beach and on a quiet street. We will stay here again. Gloria is an excellent host.

Amazing villa this is my second time visiting and I see a third in my future. I recommend this villa for anyone who likes spacious accommodations.
