We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Everything is great and very friendly. When I left, I checked out in the early morning in a hurry and left one of the keys in the lock. Luckily, they solved it without any problems and were very kind when they contacted me.

Leonor was very warm, welcoming and attentive. The appartment is very clean and well organized at walking distance from the ocean. Only downside were the barking dogs next door that kept our 2 year old awake the first night, but this does of course not reflect on the apartment or the wonderul hosts. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this appartment for anyone looking to visit this area.

Nice accommodation and ideal as a starting point to get to know the municipality of Llanes. Beaches less than 5 minutes away by car. A very quiet and relaxing area. The accommodation has all the necessary accessories and we didn't miss anything. We will be back!!

We had a perfect stay in Jorge's spotless and very comfortable, well equipped, modern apartment. The layout of the apartment, with the kitchen, dining space and balcony works very well to adjust to the seasons and whatever Asturian weather may bring (so having had three days of glorious late spring evening sunshine allowed quite some use of the balcony and we already started to appreciate a cool car thanks to the underground garage). Jorge's place has plenty of natural light but still feels private. It is very close to Barro and other beaches as well as providing opportunities for nice strolls along the estuary and coast, with lovely Llanes just 10 minutes by car. The communication with Jorge was very easy and his apartment made a great base to explore this corner of Asturias.

200% recommended Cristina and Xitin are charming, always ready and attentive to recommend places for you to have a good stay. The welcome was special, with breakfast and fruit. The house is made with a lot of love, it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Very comfortable, practical and clean. The whole place conveys peace and quiet. We found total rest in these 10 days of vacation and we enjoyed every corner of the house. The views of the mountain are truly unique and the location is very good, close to beautiful beaches and endless trails bordering the coast on both sides. We'll definitely be back! The accommodation was impeccable and true to the description and photos, it is well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils although some cutlery was missing. But it has a large and comfortable sofa. The apartment is bright and comfortable and is located in the old town, which is very busy. It has many restaurants around and leisure venues, and it is somewhat noisy at certain times and is close to the center, being able to walk to all the places. The attention from the hosts was very good, helpful and attentive with us, with good coordination for both arrival and departure. We really liked the stay in the apartment, we will be back

Wow - simply incredible. The pictures are accurate but still don’t relay the incredible position of the house. We stayed a week at the house and had both sunny and rainy weather. The house is perfect for both. What is only clear in hindsight is that the property is enormous and on its own cape. And it effectively has its own spectacular beach. It’s like having a lake house, ocean house and mountain house all in one. The house itself is in great condition and some of the built in closets, etc, are somewhat retro. After staying in 200+ Airbnbs, it’s great to stay somewhere with character and not just another IKEA furnished flat. Communication was perfect and everything we needed was readily available. The price was more than fair - this is a top 1% home.

The stay at Belén's house was amazing. We felt right at home, Belén has always been attentive to us and resolving all the doubts that have arisen from us. For the arrival to the house, it has been very nice of Belén to leave us some sweets and gluten-free cookies. He has also recommended lots of places to eat and enjoy in the area, which have been incredible. As for the house, it is as seen in the photos, a beautiful house, very clean, with everything you need for the days we have been staying and only 5 minutes from Cudillero, recognized as the most beautiful town. It's been an incredible few days, we'll be back for sure! 😊

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! Communication with Antolina was very simple. He was quick to respond to messages and questions at all times. We were able to check in early because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street itself. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the town center and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

Our stay at Maria Dolores's went very well: the accommodation is extremely clean and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very nice with 2 small children. The big advantage: Maria Dolores is extremely kind and welcoming. Very proactive, and at the same time respectful of our privacy (because she lives in the apartment upstairs). Communication ++, I recommend it! Once again, thank you for everything.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!
