Roberto's place is a very modern, fully equipped apartment in the middle of the classic part of old Aviles -- the best of both worlds ! Roberto was super helpful when we arrived and gave us lots of great local tips and suggestions. I will be looking to stay with him again when I return to Aviles !

Laura's place was great for a month long stay. Felt right at home from day one and Laura was friendly without being intrusive. Location is great, next to busy bars and restaurants which was what I was looking for. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything I needed.

Highly recommended! The service was super attentive and kind, they provided us with nearby places to shop, the beach with car access was very close and it was beautiful (the bad thing is the parking is €4 at the beach) the accommodation 10/10 the views are beautiful and everything was impeccable! I would definitely go back, it's a very cozy place!

An ideal loft for a couple. All new and very clean. The air conditioning works well, and it's enough for a cold winter day. He was kind enough to have it warm before our arrival. Ivan was very friendly, waiting for us on arrival, and giving us all kinds of instructions on what to see and do in Leon. Highly recommended!!! We would love to come back for a couple of days, to enjoy it to the fullest!!!

Adam and his son are great hosts, pleasant welcome, clear explanations about the loft and the operation of equipment. It's also very nice that they think along with you and can contact them with questions. Inside the loft it is an oasis of peace, you can stay there very pleasantly, the renovation is very nicely executed with high quality and warm materials. The beds and showers are wonderful. The location in the center is very nice, especially because there is a lot of coziness in Gijon and few tourists, many locals, plenty of nice restaurants to discover and plenty to do in Gijon and surroundings. Street parking in the area is not recommended if you want to return your rental car neatly, But there are 2 great parking garages very close. As tips to visit: the old bathhouses under the square by the church, the train museum around the corner and of course a ride to the pico's cannot be missed. We can only recommend the beautiful loft and will definitely come back.
