We really liked the accommodation, the location is perfect for the beach, we went with two small and great children, many bars nearby and very quiet at night as it faces the back.

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

We were very very comfortable in the casita. Salomé was very friendly and helpful. The area of the house is very quiet and you can enjoy nature, it is also accessible and 10 minutes from Cangas. In addition, the house was very nice, and had everything that is included in the description. We definitely want more!

Lucia and Eloy are a charm, since we contacted them they have always been very attentive and the response has always been immediate. we saw that the house because of the photos was beautiful, but once there we ran out of words, the views certainly the crown jewel. A quiet village, surrounded by beautiful forests to walk through, a large house and a kitchen with a fireplace to spend good times. The house is very clean. Roberto, his wife and daughter are lovely. A pleasure to be in the house.

Everything was a 10!! Great and very attentive hosts. They even waited for me with the food because they took into account that at the time I arrived it wasn't going to be easy to find a place to eat, and everything was delicious. The house is as described and shown in the photos, that is, impeccable. Highly recommended and I would repeat if I needed to return to the area. A plus, private parking.

Carmen is a wonderful person, helpful and attentive to you, we had a mishap with the reservation and she solved it without a problem. The house is super cute and cozy. No problem for going with a dog, we didn't pay extra. We'd go back.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

We stayed there for a weekend in the north, along with the family and our dog. The house was spotless, the location was good (house in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and tranquility). Carmen is a good host and very kind. We will definitely try to return on our next getaway to Suances. If I had to mention one “drawback,” it would be that for stays with babies, they should include a crib or high chair in the apartment. Otherwise, everything was great 🩷

We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well-equipped, has a nice view and is located close to beaches and places to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Bonus: the bar/restaurant next door is great!

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.
