Vacation rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

A great stay with an amazing view. We thought we were in a boat. Fully renovated and well-equipped luxury apartment. Very clean and comfortable bedding, storage... Perfectly located to radiate. Restaurants next door… in short, something to have a great stay!

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

We had a great time, the apt one. It was very clean and tidy, had everything. Iñaki is always attentive in case we needed something, his very good recommendations and especially the welcome kit with earth products and the detail for the little one, everything is super good! And Lastres a lovely little town, we'll be back for sure.

Everything was very clean and cozy. America was very friendly and helpful with all the recommendations she gave us for places to eat and visit, as well as informing us about the means of transportation from Suances to Santander. We felt right at home. Thank you, America!

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

Flawless, tidy and super clean accommodation, totally true to the photographs. Irene was super friendly, attentive to anything we might need, she left a lot of nice touches in the apartment for breakfast and even a food and water bowl for our dog, which is rare and we really appreciate it. Quiet area a few meters from the beach and with private parking, unbeatable.

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. Beautifully furnished apartment, very clean and quiet. We were welcomed by Alfonso's parents, who were waiting for our arrival in the shared courtyard and are happy to take care of the guests, they provided us with eggs from their own chickens, gave us tomatoes from the garden and invited us for a beer. It's 5 minutes to the coastal hiking trail. From Foz you can easily get back by bus. Just look it up on movit. It runs about 6 times a day.

Good location, next to the sea and the very very close to the old parts of the town, parking was included which was a plus!

From the first moment Montse and Miguel were very attentive. Thanks to Miguel's help, we were able to be much more comfortable and at ease in his beautiful home. The house has all the amenities both in the kitchen and throughout the house. It is a two-minute walk to the pharmacy, bank, bar, doctor's office. It is a 5-minute walk from the VALDES BAZAN PALACE, and is an interpretation center for the CANDAMO cave. It is recommended to visit it before going to the cave. You have to register on the website and then choose the day, but it's in high demand, so do it in time. I love it. A 7-minute walk away there is a small village supermarket with a charming lady named JULIA. I would go back to Candamo without so much as a second thought, especially for the peace and quiet that the place gives me. Thank you very much Miguel

Very good service. Margarita provided us with the entrance and provided us with a lot of quality information about the area (eating, excursions, etc.). We were very comfortable and enjoyed the house, the garden and the surroundings.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

Beautiful apartment and great location. We really enjoyed its large terrace and the views. It has parking but we do not use it since there is a lot of parking in front. We will be back for sure!

Everything was perfect. Great location, very quiet and in front of the Villaviciosa estuary. The apartment was very clean and previously heated by Nevis. Excellent communication and always available.
