Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

The village is a delightful inhabited center in which pedestrian paths wind between stone walls and sweet arches. The location of the house allows you to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes along scenic trails. Inside there is a well-stocked market and a large square and nearby a Disco Bar tobacco shop. This makes it possible to have a vacation without the use of a vehicle .

It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.
