Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Costa Paradiso

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft. die Wohnung ist iat ruhig gelegen und größere Städte wie Palau sind in 10-15min zu erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Ein toller Rückzugsort mit einem gigantischen Sportpool und einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Privatstrand.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Superbe appartement dans des couleurs estivales bleu et blanche, esprit grec. Tout était neuf et impeccable : bonne literie, cuisine équipée (manqué peut être une pile plus grande et des saladiers), salle de bains agréable avec produits de douche. Les machines à laver accessibles gratuitement sont un vrai plus. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi qui nous a permis de nous baigner alors qu’il faisait trop froid pour profiter de la piscine. Le jardin est aussi très agréable avec un espace de jeux pour les enfants.

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans la maison de Paola, nous avons tout ce qu’il faut à disposition dans la maison… Jouets de plage pour les enfants, vélos, une magnifique terrasse au calme et une douche extérieur très appréciable au retour de la plage. Le village est à 10min de marche ou 5min en vélo tout comme l’accès à la plage. La plus grande ville Olbia est à 10min de route pour pourvoir faire plus de courses et surtout profiter des nombreux restaurants et autres activités. Je vous conseille sans hésiter ce logement.

Die Wohnung ist sehr charmant und nett eingerichtet. Die Küche war etwas einfach ausgestattet, es war aber alles da, was man braucht. Schöne Bäder. Große Terrasse ohne direktes Gegenüber mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer, nachts mit klarstem Sternenhimmel. Toller Pool mit Liegen, man musste aber schnell sein, wenn man ein schattiges Plätzchen haben wollte, da es nur wenige gab. Auch auf der Terrasse gab es keine Beschattung. Einer der schönsten Strände der Insel ganz in der Nähe, auch wenn wir nicht oft zu Fuß dorthin gelaufen sind, da der Weg zurück sehr steil und aufgrund der schnell und nicht rücksichtsvoll fahrenden Autos nicht ungefährlich war. Gleiches gilt für das sehr schöne Restaurant, das theoretisch in Fussnähe lag, wir dann aber doch mit dem Auto angefahren sind. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sonia war super, sie hat immer schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Brötchenservice war sehr praktisch. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

La casa è grande, comoda, con tutto il necessario. La vista eccezionale, con una piccola spiaggia proprio di fronte, basta semplicemente attraversare la strada. Lo spazio esterno, veramente ampio e riservato, consente di godere delle belle giornate. Marco è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Speriamo di poter tornare per una vacanza più lunga.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need – a comfy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and living room. It's in a quiet area, not long walk to the promenade. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

La signora Fabiola è stata super disponibile, venendo incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. La casa è fresca, c'è tutto l'essenziale e la posizione è ottima se si vuole stare in mezzo al verde e a pochi minuti di macchina dal mare. Ci tornerei volentieri.

L’apprtamento è a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia di S.Giovanni, paesino piccolo e tranquillo, ideale come base per esplorare le spiagge da S.Teodoro al golfo di Orosei. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento è semplice, pulito, funzionale e con tutti i comfort per una bella settimana di mare. Posto auto nel cortile (ma anche tanto spazio sulla strada). Massimo è stato molto disponibile per check in e consigli sulla zona.

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Cecile est très accueillante, sympa et chaleureuse. Elle nous a accueilli avec le sourire, le logement est impeccable et bien équipé. Nous avons choisi ce logement pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport de Figari et nous étions a 6 minutes, on ne pouvait pas être plus proche tout en étant dans un environnement calme et a proximité de Bonifacio et Porto Vecchio. Encore merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🥰

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans l’appartement de Julien qui correspond entièrement aux photos et au descriptif. En effet il y avait beaucoup de moustique et de fourmis mais en période estivale cela est normal ! Je recommande ce bien très bien placé. Le seul bémol était le lit qui était trop étroit pour nous.

Very good location of the flat: close to the beach promenade, the market, the supermarket and some remarkably good restaurants. The flat itself is very nice. Tastefully furnished, everything new and of high quality, beds and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, air conditioning etc. The absolute highlight are the two terraces. Simply fantastic. The service provided by Fergus, Elisabetta and Silvia left nothing to be desired. Easy communication and quick feedback. We received numerous good recommendations. We were very pleased to have met Elisabetta and Silvia in person. What lovely and friendly ladies. Many thanks again for the great service. In short: An unreserved recommendation in every respect.

Abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di agosto e la prima settimana di settembre 2024. La posizione è veramente comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e soprattutto attrezzato di tutto. Il giardino è semplicemente meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato per godersi la colazione e gli aperitivi serali. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Porto-Vecchio chez Christian ! Le logement est très bien équipé dans une résidence aux multiples avantages (piscine, terrain de tennis, tranquillité etc..). Il est un peu en retrait du centre ville mais donne un accès rapide aux plus belles plages, en voiture.

Nelly's flat is really wonderful. Everything is provided, it's spacious, tasteful and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the car park and was a meeting point for all the local cats; I love cats so this was a bonus for me. And, then, mountains! Snazzy bars on our doorstep, a free shuttle bus to take you up to Old Town. We walked back down most nights, 10 minutes at most. Twenty minutes from the best beach in the world, Saint Guila, with crystal clear water and a fab beach restaurant. I was very grateful that there is a washing machine and a drying rack. Really great.😃

Great stay - peaceful and quiet. Our family loved the pool. The apartment had most of the things we needed - it is a little tired in places but comfortable and in a beautiful and tranquil location. I would recommend!

J'ai passé un séjour Extraordinaire dans le logement d'Aurélie. La communication a été fluide, précise et réactive pour l'arrivée et le départ. Ca fait du bien et ça mérite d'être souligné car cela n'a pas toujours été le cas sur d'autres voyages. La résidence est très agréable, propre et moderne (à peine un an). Calme également mais c'est l'hiver. Le logement est juste magnifique. La cuisine est moderne, hyperfonctionnelle et l'électroménager est d'excellente qualité. Très pratique l'arrière cuisine. La décoration est dans l'air du temps et de très bon goût. Tout le confort est là : Internet avec un excellent ping et débit, canapé de salon et d'extérieur confortable, TV, douche à l'italienne. On voit que la literie est neuve et d'un confort remarquable J'ai pu profiter sur les conseils avisés d'Aurélie de magnifique randonnées en bord de mer, du marché de Noël de Bonifacio, de plages méconnues et de bonnes adresses locales. J'ai hâte de revenir aux beaux jours... Merci Aurélie

Super schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir schwärmen immer noch von diesem Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Einfach nur wunderschön. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 😃
