Beautiful apartment in a strategic position, close to clubs, restaurants, beach and bus stop. The apartment has everything you need for cleaning, personal care and cooking (condiments, tools, etc.), it is clean and tidy; equipped with Smart-tv. Yuri is a capable host, very nice and helpful! Congratulations to him!!

Lovely little apartment ideal for two people right in the heart of everything and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely all day sunny balcony sheltered from the wind with sun shade if needed also peaceful to sit on and people watch. The beds are very comfortable and what little sound we could hear from nearby bars was not at all disturbing as the apartment is well sound proofed with air conditioning. We hope we are able to stay again in the future.

Fifth stay at Margaret's, we feel at home! Some improvements like a new oled TV, a good internet connection... and then always, a dream location and the kindness of Margaret and her daughter whom we met.

We loved our time spent here!!! The terrace is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and just like the photos! So many places to walk to, easy parking, ice cold aircon and hot water. Only suggestion would be some basic staples: salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would gladly recommend this to anyone!

The flat had everything we needed for few days in Lanzarote, really enjoyed having breakfast in the terrace every day. We didn’t use the pool but it looks well look after and Michelle left some swimming towels for us, didn’t notice this before so I brought my own as well. We found the location perfect for exploring the island, quiet area within short distance of the lively town centre of Costa Teguise and beaches. Not the typical crowded seaside which is what we wanted, with local restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay. Daniel’s place has everything you need. Comfy beds and good shower. TV works well with Netflix. Balcony is lovely! The complex is quiet and very very friendly. Pool is good (but quite deep!). Easy walk to harbour and lots of restaurants. Daniel was helpful and responsive, we would love to come back!

You hardly want to say it, because it reduces the chances of coming back to this wonderful place, but as soon as we entered the house, it was clear to all of us. We are coming back here. Simply wonderful and tastefully great location. Great amenities, a six out of five

We had an amazing stay in Carol & Tim’s home. It was a beautiful location with amazing sea views and views of the harbour. Every restaurant we ate at was wonderful with a whole variety of different cuisines. We would definitely stay again.

The house was supernice next to the sea. The host very helpful and always available!

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

Fernando is a very good host and Belén welcomed us beautifully. The house is not missing detail and nearby there are restaurants and a small market to buy what you need. We tour the island from here without difficulty. Fernando gave us flexibility to leave the house adapting to the schedule of the plane back and was in communication with us during our stay. This place is the perfect balance of private and peaceful, with immediate access to the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca. The accomodation is clean and well equipped. There is a shared pool but we always had it to ourselves. The garden was my favourite place. There were lots of seats in different areas to follow the sun or shade. It was the perfect place to read a book or do yoga. At no point do you feel overlooked by other guests. If l was to visit Lanzarote again, then l would definitely return here.

Wonderful location and surroundings, not to top! Access to the house is extremely tedious for female older semesters like us with heavy suitcases, as you have to walk down a steep rocky slope. The contact with Nicolas was straightforward and prompt, immediately supported us when it was necessary. Because of the Los Ajaches, there is already shade at the house from 5 p.m. at this time of year, so a cozy evening on the terrace is rather out of the question. Otherwise a wonderful spot on earth, relaxing and quiet.

This place is stunning, villa gorgeous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed- the location is unbeatable- cross a pedestrianised road and you’re on a beautiful beach. Right beside a shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Safe to walk day or night, along the Promenade which goes all the way to Puerto del Carmen. There is nothing negative I could say about this place and Juan Jesus was a great host, responsive and pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic place - great location - first time I’ve stayed in Airbnb when on my holidays and honestly I will never go back to staying in hotels . I could not recommend the apartment , location and facilities enough - it was totally 5 star ⭐️. The host was fantastic and checked on us after a bad storm to make sure we were ok . It is fantastic value for money and you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to my next stay - thank you

We have stayed at La Cumbre every year since 2013 and we love it for the wide views of the ocean, the quiet, and the close and easy amenities. We have stayed in various apartments here over the years, but Teresa's apartment is the cleanest and most cared for. Teresa herself is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very warm and friendly, and responds immediately to any communication. We just got back home, and we are about to book for next year. We can't speak highly enough of Teresa and her apartment!

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Thanks Andrew for a fabulous stay.

We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

The apartment is really cozy, we felt right at home. Patricia is a very kind and attentive host. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is very well-equipped! We had a great vacation The apartment is very well located in Lanzarote and the pool is lovely.

Very well located apartment between the beach and restaurants/supermarkets. Exceptional rooftop, well-equipped bathroom and kitchen Room a little noisy (restaurant downstairs from the rooms)

Great place to stay in a gated community with pool, away from the tourist stronghold of Puerto del Carmen. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby shopping, bars and restaurants, as well as the cozy evenings on the balcony with sea views. Clear recommendation!
