You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

Casa rústica situada en la aldea de Panchés,(Ayto. de Carnota). Un enclave con una tranquilidad absoluta, con el Monte Pindo a nuestras espaldas. Tenemos también a 3 kilometros la playa de Boca do río. En dirección norte, a 5 kilometros, tenemos la Cascada del Ezaro. Otro de los sitios que destacamos es Caldebarcos (a 1 km del alojamiento) con distintos restaurantes para poder degustar los productos de la zona, sobre todo los pescados y mariscos que abundan en nuestra tierra.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
