The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Extremely kind hosts and willing to help and advise for practical things, such as parking, garbage collection... the accommodation is very clean, with plenty of sheets, towels, even beach towels, equipped with pots and utensils in abundance. The apartment has two entrances, a small terrace where you can pleasantly spend your time, the fantastic location, one of the most popular on the island, above Cala Gavetta, a marina that is a real treat just a step away from the historic center. I would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our four night stay in CANNIGIONE at Francesca Maria’s unit. While it was centrally located, it was nice to have off the street parking for days when we toured beyond the town. Also nice to have two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The unit is small but it has everything including a washer, good size refrigerator and comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to a couple or a couple with younger children. Thanks for everything Francesca.

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment was very cozy and in a very charming and quiet village. But above all we want to highlight the good deal with the host, she helped us by troubles and was flexible at all times, as communication with her was always quick and clear!! Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

Quiet accommodation, with magnificent views. The patio is beautiful The place is a little dark, but it must be nice in the summer when it's hot. (it was early April). For the outings (bar, restaurants...) you will have to drive a little, especially before Passover where everything is closed. on the other hand there are beautiful beaches all around. Eleonara and her mom are very welcoming.

Four of us stayed by Gabriele over New Year's Eve to go bouldering in the surrounding area. We we're in the Apartment for 6 days. All the bouldering areas in the neighbourhood were easy to reach with a 5-30 minute drive. There were also 2 small but beautiful areas within walking distance. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people and was completely adequate. As we always cooked a lot in the evenings but didn't have enough chopping boards, Gabriele quickly got us another one. He got in touch proactively and also gave us tips for free concerts. The flat was tip top, we would love to come back!

Good friendly communication, flexible, everything wonderful. It would be good to know that the window of the children's room opens to the neighbors' terrace. However, did not bother us because there were no guests there.

The host ist very responsive and the check in went well. The old town is a 30 minutes walk and there is a good and cheap restaurant in walking distance called „il visuvio“.

Had everything we needed and the view was absolutely gorgeous, better than anticipated. The place is quite homey and quaint and I was obsessed with the way it was decorated. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The view from the very large terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. We were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation. A small comment is the way to the accommodation. You have to drive a very narrow and steep path up the mountain to the accommodation. If there is oncoming traffic, it can be difficult. On foot, the path quickly becomes strenuous in bright sunshine, but that's the price you pay for the view from the top. For us, it was absolutely worth it! The flexibility of the check-in time deserves special mention. Due to our early flight, we were already at the accommodation at 11am. Nevertheless, we were able to check in promptly, thank you again for that!
