Extremely beautiful apartment. Very cozy and equipped with every comfort. Extra nice that we could use the garage for our folding trailer. Extra nice was that there were a few booklets and games for the kids. There was even a basket with something tasty ready.

Céline helped me find a place at the last minute with a late check-in. The hospitality was very attentive with an espresso coffee delivery. The super cozy quiet studio is located above their home The location is very convenient both for parking your car within a 5-minute walk and for getting to the city center. I felt very comfortable and will go back without hesitation if I have to go to Nevers again.

Cosy apartment renovated and furnished with taste in a truly spectacular place. Âprement is a fascinating village and to be able to wander the Parc Floral early in the morning and in the evening is an exceptional experience. Quite unlike anywhere we have ever stayed before! We strongly recommend it.

Large modern studio in a good location, pleasant terrace not overlooked. Small downside, wet studio and it's quickly hot, fan available but disturbing noise (especially at night). We only stayed there for one night so no repercussions on our sleep or comfort.

Excellent stay in a beautiful castle! The rooms are very spacious and numerous, with beautiful decor that is both modern and old. The whole castle was very well heated. A large garden that's also very beautiful. Really perfect for meeting with friends. There was a slight hitch with the cleaning that didn't spoil our stay.

A perfect family reunion. The accommodation is true to the photos and description, it feels very good, like home. Everything is well thought out to make your stay as satisfying as possible. It really has everything, add to that the availability and kindness of the hosts and you've found your gem. The gloomy weather didn't matter as the accommodation is so nice! Johan was the kindest and most caring host I have ever had. When I was puzzled by some French kitchen appliances, he sent photos, explanations and took the time necessary for me to figure them out. The house is magnificent and his design touches are spectacular. I especially loved the gorgeous, colorful tile floor and the beautiful dishes. Sancerre is a lovely sweet town.

quiet accommodation is peaceful close to all shops as well as several places that offer activities relaxing evening walk. the accommodation was comfortable rather well decorated with wifi TV channel the little plus the outdoor courtyard:) . I highly recommend this accommodation

Great place, no outside noise but only problem the door closes extremely difficult to close it. Very Cosi accommodation, a little small for two people but it goes for one person. Everything is fine and as I said alone the door is a problem.

We booked a little last-minute get away to France. Georges house in the middle of the Loire and close to Charite and Sancerre was the perfect place to go and enjoy! The house had it’s French charm with beautiful interior design, a comfortable house with everything you need, even a bbq to enjoy the local cuisine. Next to that we enjoyed the lovely weather on the outside terrace, swam in the closeby Loire, visited wine and cheese shops, and explored the charm of Charite (and its icecream). George thought with us how to best spend our time and all his recommendations were outstanding. Thank you again to George and Chris for the wonderful stay, this won’t be the last time!

As a company, we place the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the cottage is modern, with new furniture that adds to the comfort. The value for money is quite satisfactory. The cottage has largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Everything went very well for us at Paul-Emile, Marine and their children's. The meeting, the welcome, their attention and the accommodation were very pleasant and we enjoyed them. The location (which we wanted to be convenient and in the countryside) was perfect for us who wanted to go to Guédelon and discover this region. We took advantage of a lot of nearby discoveries and are very happy with this week. Thanks for everything to our attentive hosts!
