An upscale modern boho home nestled in the middle of 23 wooded acres where you can find yourself relaxing outside on the deck, hiking the many trails in the woods or enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.  Our barndominium has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room, and eat in kitchen with everything you need. You'll find easy access to Amish country, Woodbury Wildlife Area, Three Rivers Wine Trail, and Historic Roscoe Village.

The Hollyberry House

Breathtaking cabin located near some of Ohio’s finest attractions. The Hollyberry house boasts beautiful panorama views from every direction. With eight ponds and over 150 acres of farm, forest and magical ravines to explore you will find it difficult to be bored. Property amenities include a hot tub shack, cozy fireplace in the living quarters, a swimming pond equipped with a swim out dock and canoes, fire pit area, and also offers golf cart rentals for an extra charge of $45 per day.

The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

Wake up early to help milk the cows and feed the calves.- or watch During planting and harvest, ride in a big tractor or combine. Help unload hay and straw into the mow, or just enjoy the beautiful country side. Take long, quite walks into the woods or through the pastures. In the evenings, enjoy the hot tub The farmhouse is comfortable, not fancy.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Walhonding Hideaway

The Walhonding Hideaway is a 3 bedroom home on the Walhonding River. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and a 7th on the couch . While sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck you'll feel as if you are directly on the River. There is a beautifully landscaped bonfire area for nightly fires. You may even see Amish buggies stroll by some mornings. During your stay, consider taking the three rivers wine trail or spending the day in historic Roscoe Village.

The historic Spangler Inn offers a beautiful and inviting stay. Sleeping 1-10 people with ease. Great location but still quiet and relaxing. It's perfect for families, friends or weekend away! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin in the country. Surrounded by woods, rolling hills and plenty of wildlife to watch. A pond is a nice walk up the gradual hill behind the cabin. Located in the heart of Three Rivers Wine Trail, there are plenty of wineries to visit, as well as our favorite local brewery, the Wooly Pig. There’s a large hot tub to enjoy on the deck outside that is big enough for 8 people.

Baltic Loft on Main

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!

Nye's Place in Heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.
