We will provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap to get you started after that its renters responsibility. We have state certified kilm dried firewood for sale $6 bundle. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and plenty of storage and room darkening blinds. There is a Washer & Dryer downstairs and a game room for the kids. Couch in living room is able to pull out into bed and there is a futon in the game room downstairs. Backyard is fully fenced. Close to Union Hospital, ISU and many local restaurants and shops.

Southside Studio

NEWLY RENOVATED!! This property is all new but we’re experienced hosts with great reviews and hospitality in mind. This studio is the size of a hotel room- but costs less. We are located just off of I-70 near shopping and restaurants. Although we don’t have a full size range, we have a microwave with an air fryer and convection oven feature. We also have a two burner cook top with everything you need to make the kitchen fully functional.
