House vacation rentals in Cortoghiana

Located a few kilometers from Portoscuso in a quiet area, it is wonderfully lovingly designed. Everything was super clean and cozy, Deborah was easily accessible and we felt very comfortable. The highlight is the pool, which is shared with the adjoining cottage. We were absolutely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We had a great time at Aldo's place. The house is great and offers everything you need. The pool at the front door is a real eye-catcher. We enjoyed it very much! Thanks for the hospitality :-)

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean. You'll have the necessary dishes and more. The air conditioning works and is not too noisy. The pool and the outside are really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of small touches for us. Upon your arrival the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cupboards (milk, cereals, rusks, yogurts, fruit, cheese, jams, cold meats, water, coffee...........) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door who sings night and day (we ended up getting used to it) and the lack of a blackout curtain.

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

We stayed at Luciana's place for a week with our 2 little children (2 and 5 years). A really great accommodation in the wonderful city of Chia. The apartment is very large and super clean. The kitchen was super equipped (even a mixer and blender were provided). The bathrooms are new and modern. There's a baby bed, high chair and extra beach towels. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Chia. If you have bikes with you, you can do everything by bike. Our recommendation is with children the small bay of Spiaggia di Su Portu (not so windy, no high waves and very shallow sloping). The city itself is very small, great if you are looking for some peace and quiet. We would stay with Luciana again anytime.

This place is no ordinary place – it is a little paradise that immediately feels like home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and lets you instantly forget everyday life. It's a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take great care of the property, but also treat their guests with genuine warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they called a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side the whole time – with a matter-of-factness that deeply touched us. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best rating you can give.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

Flawless accommodation, quiet, really very nice, especially for a family of 4 with 2 young children. Very well equipped with even a small view and not far from the beach (less than 1 km walk). Very nice small Mediterranean garden. Betty was particularly welcoming by being responsive, friendly, clear, and not hesitating to suggest accessible walking places sheltered from the wind (very useful in October!). The area is superb, the coast towards Teulada too. We recommend it 100%!

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

paula's place is very nice and comfortable, it's actually a little bigger than it appears in the pictures and just as beautiful as in the pictures . Paola always responded quickly and picked us up from Cagliari airport and her husband took us on departure Cagliari, went on our trip. Accommodation is very clean, bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh. In the kitchen, everything you need and even more is available:also basic products such as coffee, sugar,water were available. Paula greeted us with a Sardinian aperitif (plate ) and pastries and showed us everything to find our way around the city and apartment. she had always responded quickly, helped with questions or organization of rental car or excursions, bus connection. Accommodation is located slightly off the main roads, but within 5 minutes walking distance, very quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it to anyone coming to Southern Sardinia.

The house is beautiful, with large indoor and outdoor spaces, cared for in every detail and very clean. Surrounded by nature, it guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. we stayed in this house from April 22 to 27. Clean and fragrant well-kept apartment with every comfort, comfortable and bright spaces. the nearest beach can be reached in about 25/30 monuti on foot . The car or bike is much more comfortable . we didn't meet personally Riccardo and Francesca but they were still very kind and helpful . Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.

We did not know that the house was in front of the beach, when we arrived we took that beautiful surprise. The house has everything you need, 13 minutes from downtown Carloforte and the location is spectacular.

Very spacious and clean accommodation that is worth the price. It's very spacious, has a terrace and a parking space for the car. Very good communication. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect, without a single drawback.

Super equipped freshly renovated house in a beautiful location in a pine grove and surrounded by landscaped garden. Fully equipped. Fully equipped for up to 6 people! There is a large brick grill and a wood-burning oven on the property. There is no oven in the kitchen itself. For this a large fridge with large separate freezer. By car or bike, Maladroxia, Coaquaddus and Cala Sapone, Turri as well as the other excursion destinations can be reached quickly. Many thanks to the host Veronica for her courteous manner and quick response to anything that could cause problems. It was a wonderful stay, except for the annoying mosquitoes and brakes. Many thanks to the landlady Julia for this great stay. Julia responded superfast to messages and was always helpful and very friendly. The house and the property offered the best relaxation in a quiet neighborhood. Our child loved the chickens (in the enclosure) and cats on the premises. Just a few kilometers (2-3) to the great town and beach of Porto Pino with its dunes and the town of Sant'Anna Arresi. We will be happy to come back.
