Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

There is plenty of area for all to enjoy including 900 feet of lake frontage with a creek running though the property. Enjoy a campfire lakeside at a dedicated private fire pit. Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!
