Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Juan, tudo impecável e idêntico às fotos. Muito limpo e cheiroso. Ótima estadia para casal. Preço justo. Localização excelente, próximo a costanera e alguns restaurantes, possível ir a pé. Estacionamento na rua foi tranquilo!

Wir haben drei Tage bei Alejandra verbracht. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war sehr freundlich. Es ist alles in der Wohnung für die ersten Tage. Den Balkon haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, die Dachterrasse war auch toll. Leider hatten wir einen Regentag, sonst war alles toll. Danke!

Estadia mais que perfeita. Apartamento muito cômodo e muito bem localizado onde você pode caminhar para praticamente tudo como ir à Costanera, ao supermercado, aos Kioskos e também tem Duomo e Cremolatti bem pertinho. A Praça do Paraguai, que é bem pertinho é um lugar ótimo para ir quando a temperatura já está mais agradável onde você pode tomar seu mate geladinho e comer um choripán, um super pancho ou um cone de papas fritas. Realmente um lugar muito bem localizado em Villa Sarita, bairro excelente mesmo. Internet ótima onde pude trabalhar tranquilamente todos os dias. O Augustin foi muito solícito em tudo, inclusive trocou toalhas e lençóis depois de uma semana, o que foi muito agradável para nós e até nos indicou 2 lavanderias para lavarmos nossas roupas, uma inclusive, bem pertinho. Há fogão de indução e um forno excelente onde assávamos nossas empanadas que comprávamos no Kiosko pertinho também. Ar condicionado silencioso e geladinho, ótimo. Tamanho muito bom para 3 pessoas.

El dpto hermoso, cerca de la costanera con muchas cosas para hacer y bares por conocer. Lo único que puedo agregar, se escuchaban un montón de ruidos en el dpto estando arriba (en la cama), y cuando estás abajo no se escucha nada. Llegué a pensar que eran fantasmas jaja pero quizás solo era yo. El resto todo perfecto.
