Welcome to the Studio @ SAGE, a charming apartment in an old mill. We want to be up front that, like many older buildings, there are occasional quirks and imperfections. This cozy one-room apt offers a full-size bed and 2 single beds (convertible to a king). There's a WC, shower room, and a mini kitchen. Please note, the river is a 3-5 minute walk downhill through the garden. We're 1km from Treignac village, the Intermarché, and 3km from Lac Bariousses. Enjoy a unique, tranquil stay!

A former small farmhouse converted into a remote little paradise to help you find peace and quiet. The place consists of a living room annex equipped kitchen, toilet, bathroom on the main level. There is access to two terraces, one covered and one fronting the private pool. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (beds 140 cm) and room for camper bed. Children's bed present. On garden level you will find the washing machine, an extra bedroom (140 cm), a toilet and a bathroom with shower.

Between Brive la Gaillarde and Sarlat, discover our 70 m2 gîte on the ground floor of our Périgord house. (Holidaymakers are the only ones to have access to the pool, owners not present during rental periods) Ideal place between Sarlat and Brive la Gaillarde! You can visit all the beautiful villages of the Dordogne. You have the unheated pool (4x8) with alarm and cover, a terrace with deckchairs, barbecue, garden furniture.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
