The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The vacation home

House, recently renovated, in a village at the entrance to Valgaudemar. Between the Parc des Écrins and the Dévoluy, close to Lake Sautet, it will be a peaceful haven for the whole family. You can enjoy outdoor activities nearby and relax in the open-access garden with barbecue. It is possible to rent another place nearby for 4 guests (see other listing). For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Take a leap in time, reclaim the past to better understand our modernity. A trapper's cabin in the middle of nature, composed of a kitchen area, dining area and living room. Upstairs, double bed. Remember to bring your linens and towels.

This home is located on the side of Tabor with exceptional views of Vercors and the Matheysin plateau. Very well equipped and very bright, it can accommodate 4 people. Ideal for mountain and hiking lovers. Close to Alpe du Grand Serre ski resort (30 minutes away). Three lakes (10 minutes away) allow you to combine mountain and water activities.

Jojo's Sheepfold

A village house, this former sheepfold has been completely renovated to offer you a peaceful oasis. The small inner courtyard is common to the main house, uninhabited, except if I come for maintenance. Enjoy its large terrace for napping! And the nearby pool to cool off in the summer. A skylight offers mountain views while you take your shower!

Ideally located in the Parc des Écrins, quiet and surrounded by nature. YAKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.

Le serre de l'aigle 2 to 6 people

Our cottage is located in Rambaud, a small village located 5 minutes from Gap and its shops, 30 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and the first ski resorts. This all-wood chalet is located at the exit of the village in absolute calm and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities.
