We loved Doris and James AND their place . Such beautiful people ! We feel blessed to have met them ! Their place is wonderfully comfortable with extras like the tea and freshly baked bread and home made jams to top off this magical place . The views are spectacular and it’s in an area that’s peaceful and calm away from the bustle of Queenstown. Highly recommend . 💕

My second stay at Suji‘s wonderful home in such a private and peaceful spot! It’s the kind of place where you want to stay longer, and we did, extending our stay I believe twice! It’s hard to believe that such a quiet, beautiful place is just a few minutes from Arrowtown in one direction and the busyness of Queenstown in the other. Highly, highly recommend!

What a beautiful place and the kindest hosts you could ever hope to meet! The location is absolutely perfect, and the surroundings are so peaceful! You can feel your stress evaporate as you listen to the birds outside on the deck, sipping your favorite beverage (morning or evening), feeling the sun, watching the sky full of stars. Beds are comfortable, and true blackout curtains if you don't want the morning sun in your eyes lol. Shower pressure is AWESOME, which is a rarity I've found. But what makes a stay truly great is your hosts, and no one could ever ask for better than Kathryn & Nick. This girl with little experience in building fires in Hawaii needed some help, and Nick was happy to oblige, and now I know the upside-down method, which has served me well already in another place! So kind, so friendly, just really invested in your having a great stay. Thank you so much, Kathryn & Nick!

The house is very clean and well-equipped, and it is also convenient to drive to Queenstown

Absolutely stunning!!! From stepping into this beautiful space we were welcomed to peaceful music and a warm space to invite us in. We were in awe of the view and spent most of the afternoon sitting with a cuppa and looking out. The beds were very comfortable and warm and the shower was also excellent. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Jimmy was a very thoughtful and responsive host . The house was very comfortable with stunning views. The setting opposite the lake is beautiful, and a great base for exploring other areas of interest around Queenstown. We’d highly recommend Jimmy’s place.

This is a great spot for Arrowtown and exploring the area. Easy 15 minute walk into town and you get all the peace as well. The apartment has stunning views and is perfect for a couple- we had a 5 month old with us and actually perfect for that too! Belinda was agree host, dropping round the key for the gym/pool, and generally being really communicative

Adrian , thank you. I am always nervous when I am travelling out side the country and with kids. But having your place made us feel like I never left home and allowed us to enjoy New Zealand free from worries. I will recommend Adrian place to anyone so you can feel like you are at home but in New Zealand. We will God willing come back and try to stay here again if it’s available. Love it.

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like family. We even (seriously) asked if she’d adopt us — and we’re 29 and 30! She’s the ultimate Kiwi mum: warm, thoughtful, and endlessly generous. She made my partner’s birthday so special with heartfelt touches we’ll never forget. Beryle went above and beyond in every single way. She was incredibly helpful in reviewing our itinerary and used her local knowledge to help us adjust our plans when the weather changed. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and spot-on. I would use my last dying breath to recommend you stay with Beryle. This was more than a place to sleep — it was a highlight of our trip, thanks to one remarkable woman. The bed was amazing and the bathroom great! We arrived as guests, left as family. I wish I could say more, but I only have 999 characters!

Excellent communication, and entry instruction from Owner. Apartment was as listed, no surprises or disappointments. Short walk to supermarket/shops. We hired a vehicle. The car space provided was well positioned, and able to be locked when we were out, bonus. Side note: $10pp cash for 5min local bus to/from airport without a travel BeeCard. We stayed 2 nights in Queenstown and 3 nights with a vehicle at this AirBnB, overall I was very pleased with my choice. Recommend, Yes.

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
