We loved the Mansion at Keuka Lake for our sister fall weekend trip! The hill that it sits on is so beautiful and was absolutely stunning with all the fall leaves. The location was perfect for wine touring and nearby hiking. The restaurant at the mansion was also our fav of the weekend!

Everything as advertised. Great location, immaculately kept property. We'd stay there again.

Great little spot. Quick drive to Ithaca. Everything was as described plus a few extras. There were some friendly neighborly pups and we discovered a communal looking fridge down the hall which was nice for storing drinks and snacks while we stayed outside of town. Would recommend and visit again. Definitely would have loved to visit the restaurant if we had more time there

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Our kids loved everything from the turtle outside our door to the top-notch playground by the water’s edge.

Beautiful historic home right in middle of the Village of Naples. Extremely clean and delightful host. Can't wait to return!

The Naples Hotel is like stepping back a little in time, it is maintained very well and laid out nicely. The coffee and snack bar was a wonderful surprise and very well done! Had a room right over the bar, and since place is older the sound traveled, but closed early enough to not be an issue. Would go back.

Very clean space and easy check-in. Also located super close to downtown - would stay here again!

Honestly one of the most beautiful and peaceful this far of places I have visited, the room was not big but it didn’t feel cramped and it was very neat. I loved that they had a record player, and even without thinking it I had bought some in Ithaca thinking where I was going to play them not knowing they had one in the room already, so that was a good addition to their room. I definitely recommend staying here if you have a city life, their back garden had a fire place with hammock to lay on, that’s the best bit if you go with more people because they give you logs and s’mores to make on them which I think is awesome. 10/10 do recommend

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Bigger than I expected. Very clean and large open rooms. Lakeside with gorgeous views. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the home was so comfortable we enjoyed our time with friends. Definitely more than enough space for our group of 8. Also plenty of parking spaces. I would absolutely stay here again!

Owasco Lake is beautiful - crystal clear - and staying in Adam’s place almost felt like staying on a house boat since it’s RIGHT on/over the water. We loved hearing the waves lapping up against the shore and seeing the sun rise over the lake in the morning. The use of the 3 kayaks was great, and we also brought some inflatable SUPs for our kids - they had a blast on the lake. The house is also close to a Wegmans, a beautiful waterfall (Carpenter Falls), and a great brewery (Aurora Brewing Co). We all had a great time! The neighbors were SUPER friendly and Adam was very responsive to questions. The outdoor fire ‘pit’ on the patio was lovely, and there were plenty of life jackets and towels for the lake. My only complaint is that the house was a bit run down, and the middle bedroom was a bit warm because there was no AC in there. Overall though, a wonderful trip!

We were 7 of us, mostly siblings, so with 6 bedrooms it was perfect. The rooms were simple yet clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. While the house is not right on the water is is a very short stroll down to the docks and we had a beautiful view of Keuka Lake from the front porch and windows. There is much to do in the area-hiking, fishing, wine tasting. Also we enjoyed kayaking on the lake which is very beautiful and clean. All the stores you may need for supplies are about a 5 minute drive away in Penn Yan. We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked. There is a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs and we enjoyed campfires 2 of the nights we were there. Brian lives 2 doors down, but we never saw him, so there is no worry of the landlord being intrusive. All in all we would definitely stay again!

Thank you for our wonderful stay this weekend. Your place is the quintessential lake cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was a cool, rainy weekend and we took full advantage of the bedroom fireplaces and extra blankets! Would love to come back to enjoy summer-time at your place. Thank you!

absolutely amazing. the location is obviously right on the slopes, which is great. but the house itself is gorgeous and way more beutiful in person. kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need. perfect house for a great ski vacation. it was such a pleasure to stay there and I could not recommend it more.

Denise’s home was beautiful, comfortable and convenient for our needs. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. The bathrooms were sparkly clean and even stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a humongous help as I usually forget my own when I travel! Denise was so responsive and attentive to any of our needs. Her father was a huge help during our stay and came by anytime we had a question or needed help with something. We were able to bring our fur children which was a huge bonus. The fenced in yard was great for my girls who were able to roam free and do some exploring in the snow. The addition of the large dog crate and dog runs were also great. I loved seeing that doggy shampoo, dog poo bags, some dog toys and even a muzzle were available if needed.

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house! We had the best time. The location is perfect, the house was so clean and the view was stunning. We highly recommend this lovely lake house!

This cozy cabin was the perfect winter break getaway for our family. We loved the fireplace, loft area/game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and there is lots of nature/outdoor activities to enjoy nearby as well as being close to a town with grocery store, restaurants, and other stores.
