Farmstay vacation rentals in Cork

This was the cottage experience we were hoping for in Ireland! We loved the character of the cottage with so much thought put into every detail and texture. The art and decor were very tasteful and the amenities were good and practical. We especially loved making a fire each night even though we aren't terribly experienced at it! And the views from all the windows of the peaceful vegetation were so calming. And the private sitting areas in the yard were delightful - one with an ocean view! Their dog was sweet and friendly, too. The instructions for using the hot water were clear, but somehow we mixed them up so struggled a little with the shower but got it straight eventually! Aisling and Donagh were delightful hosts. A short drive away, Baltimore is a true gem of a town with breathtaking scenery and a rich cultural scene, and it even has a michelin star restaurant if that's your speed. Plus the fun algiers pub! We hope to come back again soon

We LOVED staying at this cottage! Definitely our favourite stay so far on our two week trip around Ireland. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great home base as we drove around West Cork and up to the Ring of Kerry, and it was nice to be so close to Bantry. We slept well, enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen each morning, and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Thank you, Jerome! Jerome gave us some great recommendations for hikes and swimming, and we loved being visited each morning by Teddy and the cat! If we’re ever back in Ireland we would love to stay here again. Thank you!

We had the most relaxing time at Matthew's cottage. It was so peaceful and tranquil. I loved every minute; I will definitely be back :)

Beautiful house with access to Broadstrand Beach just steps away. Loved the quaint, historic nature of the cottage, perfectly restored. Dyane was very responsive and provided lots of info. The village is very close. Dinner at The Lifeboat is a must. The cottage has a Nespresso machine and pods were available in the Centra in Timoleague. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin's home, the house was as described and the location was great with lovely walks and views from the doorstep. The walk to zetland pier for a swim was the highlight for us, Hopefully we'll be back next summer.

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy and cute cabin - it's perfect for two people. The cabin is beautifully decorated and in a great location not far from Clonakilty and lots of lovely beaches. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area in the future :)

Ann and Donal were absolutely amazing. So welcoming and friendly! We made so many memories there with our children and we will definitely be returning. We were shown the farm, milked the cows, saw the kittens and a baby foal was born the day before we arrived. You can also walk the farm. We drank some of their fresh milk which was delicious in my coffee! It is a working farm so to keep that in mind and safety first! Thanks so much Ann and Donal.

The pod was absolutely perfect for us. It was so cozy and in beautiful surroundings. We would’ve stayed longer if we could have and would recommend to any couples needing a wonderful spot to stay cozy!!

Had such a great time staying at the snug! The property was so cozy, perfect for a staycation around west cork! Very close to Clonakilty, which has everything you need! Frances was super friendly and helpful, would definitely be back🥰

Amazing place. Very quiet and cosy but extremely well equipped and kitted for eating in and cooking. David and Martina communicated very proactively and made us feel right at home and even introduced us to their felines. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic time the place was beautiful and so peaceful. Easy to get to places by car and there is a bus every hour to go visit surrounding places. Padraig was very helpful and gave us advice on how to get round. We had a visit from the dog who kept us company as an added bonus!

⸻ Cozy, Scenic Stay Near Kenmare – A True Gem! 🌿🌊 We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed container home just outside Kenmare. The space, while small and simple, has everything you need and is cleverly designed to make the most of its surroundings. Large windows let nature in at every angle — waking up to views of the river and surrounding greenery was such a treat. Our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and points of interest in the area. She even offered to drive us into town for dinner, which was above and beyond! If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-focused stay with easy access to Kenmare, this is the perfect spot. It’s a unique experience — cozy, serene, and full of charm. Highly recommend!

Kelly was a fabulous host. Setting was exquisite for the adventurous at heart. Great location as a home base for exploring the southwest coast of Ireland.

Blathnaid's place was perfection! Stunning house and surroundings, with huge comfortable beds. Ballydehob and Schull were a very short drive away, and Blathnaid was so helpful and flexible on check-in and leaving. Could not recommend this place more!

Had a lovely few days away staying in Kate's accommodation. She was very helpful and great to deal with. The accommodation was perfect for a quiet getaway and met all of our needs, would recommend to a friend.

wonderful breakfast and chocolate cakes left for us. felt right at home and the beds were comfortable. would definitely recommend if you want to go to mizen head, ring of beara, ring of kerry.

This was our second stay in Thomas’s place. It is such a beautiful, cosy and comfortable cottage. I highly recommend it.

We loved staying at The Dairy Lodge. The setting is peaceful and getting to take a tour of the dairy farm was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the cows and we loved snuggling with Lion, the kitty. Anne Marie was helpful with suggesting local recommendations.

Amazing house. So quiet, so clean….but the view is the best part. Even with a little bit of clouds, you could still see the hills of Killarney. It is a 15-20 minute drive/ride from the main city center for those late night bar hoppers. We had trouble with the washing machine, but Nora responded immediately and had it fixed with in 5 minutes.

Perfect place to explore the Gap of Dunloe. Walking distance to Kate Kearney’s where we enjoyed Irish music and dancers. The space was exactly as described. Plenty of space for our family of 6.

Ann’s place was a wonderful stop during our Ireland vacation. The views were stunning to wake up to and the farm has the sweetest young cows. We also had the pleasure of meeting two playful dogs and cat. Great place to explore the Gap of Dunloe and Ring of Kerry. Highly recommend Kate Kearney’s Cottage and The Coffee Pot.
