Best location by the sea, renovated, really clean with new linen and pillows!

Very beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay. It’s located perfectly between the beach, harbour, city center of Spetses and restaurants. The best thing is that there are two terraces, one in the front with look on the beach, and another one more quiet in the back. Everything is as shown on the pictures. And Barbara and Yannis are very kind, polite and discreet hosts. I can only recommend and hope to be back soon. Ευχάριστο πόλη!

No words for how gorgeous this place is!!! And Vaso was the most amazing, warm, kind and thoughtful host ever!! We booked this as a day trip from the cruise port in Hydra! We easily found a water taxi that took us over and picked us back up at the appointed time and what a wonderful, relaxing time we had!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures and we arranged in advance to check in around 10am and depart by 4pm so they held breakfast for us and we were able to order a fabulous lunch of Greek salad, gyros and margarita pizza on site before we departed! If you want an incredibly beautiful, peaceful, high end stay this is THE place!!! Even from the water taxi it stood out from all the other properties. We can’t wait to come back!! Vaso, thank you for the incredible hospitality!!!! We miss you already!

Hydra was magical and our stay at Angelica exceeded our expectations. Andreas was helpful and responded immediately to our questions. The room was comfortable and clean and always stocked with water (which was what we needed after walking in the sun all day!). Andrea’s provided plenty of recommendations for restaurants and activities, and the breakfast was a wonderful start to our day. Had a wonderful time and could not recommend Angelica enough!

Ελένη’s home was beautiful and centrally located in Nafpaktos. Just two small streets away from the water front and a few more from the Πλατιά, which when we were there, was nicely populated every night. Ελένη was right upstairs ready to help whenever needed although that will surely be rare. By far the best feature of the house was the elevator that left you right inside the apartment. Will definitely return whenever I’m in Nafpaktos! Ευχαριστώ πολύ Ελένη!

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

A lovely family run this hotel. They all were warm and welcoming The eighty plus year old mum made the best orange and olive cake I’ve ever tasted. Great swimming right there plus only 15 mins from the amphitheater. Wonderful place to say

The location of the stay is the best thing about it. The room is clean and as shown in the picture. The people at the reception are very helpful and friendly. There are ample of restaurants and things to do right outside the Airbnb and the supermarket is just a 2 minute walk. I’d recommend this place for a short stay when you’re not looking for anything too fancy.
