We spent 3 nights in Theodoros's apartment. The accommodation is impeccable and tidy with little attention when we arrive. 5 min to the sea and shopping streets. The bed is great! It was perfect 😀

Comfortable, peaceful apartment with a sea view. Easy walk to the sea - choice of beaches within 3 min to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and restaurants/ cafe’s 15 mins easy walk - very gentle slope to walk into town ( 15 mins ). The SPA was a 12 min walk, 13 Euros for entry to the pools - over age 18, various temperature pools. A really great apartment - proper oven, a hob, microwave, air con, heating. Long stay was easy. Sotiris went above and beyond as a kind host.

We stayed for one night before an early morning ferry and had a great experience. The place was spotless, stylish, and in an extremely convenient location. Vaggelis was a helpful host who provided clear instructions and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

The apartment was clean and as described. Angeliki was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations. We didn’t live the area along the front - not an authentic Greek experience.

Fantastic location, fantastic hosts.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

The apartment is very nice, pleasant, clean and very well-equipped. The only drawback is that you have to find a place in the street to park. Very well hosted, we recommend this apartment.

We will definitely be back if we ever sail out if Athens again. We woke up to our cruise ship visible from our balcony.

Wanting to spend three beautiful days in Agioi Theodoroi, we chose the house of Hercules. We were really happy big and small. The house was spacious and clean. Its large terrace overlooking the sea offered us moments of relaxation. We didn't miss anything. Hercules throughout our stay was in touch with us for anything we needed. Friendly and very polite! What a lovely little studio. Bright and airy and quiet, and just a short distance to the old town. Ample street parking, super comfy bed, kind and responsive host. Thank you!

We were let down last minute by another property so booked this on very short notice. We were very happy with the outcome. The apartment was very clean and cool, so even in the heat of the day we did not feel the need to use the A/C except at night. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, both a kettle and a coffee machine The pool area was lovely, clean and well kept and although we were sharing with a large group of other people, we were still able to find an area where we could be our own. We had come over to attend a wedding and the host was able to help us with taxi numbers and calls as the taxi driver was struggling to understand where to pick us up from. Taxis to town were reasonable, a car would be needed as there are no shops or restaurants nearby All in all a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend

Once in a while, I have an Air BnB stay that I will NEVER forget. One where not only the space is memorable but the hosts unforgettable. I left feeling as if I’d stayed in luxury and made new special friends. The location was close enough to both beaches or the marina - just a very pretty 15-20 mins walk. The apartment was fabulous! Above and beyond what I expected. The bed and pillows super comfy and the lounge felt like home - not just functional like so many other Airbnbs. The artistic finishing touches made it distinctive. There is a shared entrance with a dinning area used by both apartments, however I never saw the other guests at all. The client was SUPER RESPONSIVE. I had read every previous review and could see every single comment had influenced the attention to details. For example, one review suggested curtains over a glass door and they were now provided. 5 star hotel facilities in private surrounding. Thank you so much guys! See you next year ;)

Karine and Sacha were excellent hosts. They were there to welcome us to the apartment and explain everything. The apartment is absolutely beautiful in an idyllic setting. It’s well equipped for a family and a great base for exploring the Peloponnese but a car is essential.

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

We had an amazing experience,the place was just perfect, peaceful, incredible views, friendly locals, the local and near by beaches (15min drive) incredible , we did a night swim with the kids,the town is very safe and peaceful. the facilities we just perfect for us and the hostess !! wow, She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating ! The amenities were just fine for us. Felt right at home , really nice views and sunsets, peaceful. 1 small supermarket with really friendly staff. One large uphill, but 1st gear and we managed 4 people , 1 ltr car . Must hire a car to get there and get about . perfect place to unwind and avoid large tourist places. We had a great time and we managed to oversee any other comments And make the most out of it. thank you !!!

Helen & Yannis are great and will make you feel at home in Greece immediately! If you are interested, they can share many different tips, including on local food. Their kindness and availability are limitless and our daughters enjoyed it a lot. The house is pure luxury as it will have anything you can dream of when you want it, from baby equipments to toys in the pool:) It’s very close from Athens International Airport (1h30 by car) and from many uncrowded beaches. We strongly recommend, probably our best holidays ever!

Second visit for us, a large group of old school friends. Kokkino Kastro is perfect for us, as everyone has space to be apart, and spaces to come together. There is a wonderful huge pool with lots of loungers and umbrellas, surrounded by fig and pistachio trees, and views down to the sea. Easily walkable from Aegina Town. Andreas our host was very helpful and kind, and always contactable for any issues or questions. I thoroughly recommend Kokkino Kastro, it's a special place.
