The property is located on the "COSTA DELLE TERRE BRUZIE", on the beautiful sea of SAN LUCIDO, and is in the center of a natural triptych such as: Sea – Countryside – Hill a resource to dispose of the stress accumulated during the working winter. For all guests who need relaxation and tranquility, we tried to combine the natural qualities of the place with a comfortable and quality logistics. The structure includes 4 apartments of which one is the accommodation of the owner and the others are made available to guests. Accommodations are suitable for hosting groups or families for which the Residence formula is also adopted that allows the use of the kitchen, laundry, ironing room, etc... in full autonomy. Ideal for holidays by the sea below, the stay also lends itself to a little more challenging excursions such as: the Sila (60 km.), the town of Tropea (30 km.), the Sanctuary of S.Francesco di Paola (5 km.) (photo), medieval villages such as Fiumefreddo, San Fili, Falconara Albanese and the prettiest one on the Tyrrhenian coast that is just San Lucido. Walking in the old town, you discover the beauty of the streets, stairs and stone houses, embellished with squares and historic arches and underpasses. (Photo Gallery) For those who do not like to go to the sea or leave Casale Rondinella, the stay can be interspersed with walks in the surrounding woods, by visits to the nearby wild boar reserve, the use of the garden with its equipment: barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrellas, chairs and of course by the use of the magnificent private pool. For young and old, there is also a table football, a table tennis table, an exercise bike and various equipment for gymnastic exercises. For guests who do not want to have lunch in the house, Casale Rondinella is affiliated with the restaurant "da Peppone" in the center of San Lucido and the "Ritrovo di Elfaga" 100 meters from the farmhouse, where you can taste seafood dishes and typical local products. For those who appreciate “being together” and exchanging experiences in good food, you can organize group dinners.

With sea & mountain view, a 6-minute walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One of them has a large balcony. On the ground floor is living & dining area with terrace, garden. 2 bathrooms and well suited for up to 4 adults. Crib, high chair, washer /dryer. In a very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and oranges plantations . Water park "Odissea" only 20 min away. Matera, Apulia, Tropea about 3 hours' drive away. In the village there is a supermarket , bakery, butcher, restaurants/cafes.

VILLA LETIZIA CAN ACCOMODATE MAX 21 PERSONS Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione uno oppure due case indipendenti a seconda di quante persone si è (casa A: 17 pers; casa B: max 4 pers) per favore specifica richiesta per occupare entrambe le case. Costituita da due case indipendenti. Dista poco più di mille metri dal centro e dal mare, immersa nel verde, su una tranquilla e panoramica collina denominata "Terrazza sul mare", dove l'occhio spazia dalla costa tirrenica Cosentina alle isole Eoliche.

Deluxe ti attende all’ombra dei nostri secolari pini per vivere una vacanza a contatto con la natura senza rinunciare al massimo comfort. è composta da una veranda privata dotata di ampie porte vetrate, il soggiorno con angolo cottura dallo stile minimale, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera con due letti singoli ed un terzo letto estraibile, ed in fine due bagni completi. La struttura è all'interno di un’azienda agrituristica. Le cose che più colpiscono sono la salubrità dell'aria e la tranquillità del posto e ottima vista panoramica. Da considerare i seguenti costi aggiuntivi: fornitura della biancheria settimanale da bagno letto e cucina il cui costo è pari ad €. 10,00 a persona per soggiorno ed inoltre la tassa di soggiorno prevista pari ad €.1,00 al giorno per persona. Il pagamento di tali costi avverrà in contanti al check-in.
