Lovely apartment in a perfect location right next to the beach. Cozy and quiet area and with lots of opportunities. Cute and welcoming host who was ready to help. Perfect place to vacation.

We stayed at this place in August, we had a great time. Anna is a very kind person and very helpful, she satisfied our every request. The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Recommended.

I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

Everything is great! A perfect place for a seaside vacation. Really clean, clear, hot water. Terrace view is very nice. Glad to come back!

Very good stay, I recommend it if you're going on vacation and to disconnect. If you need to work from there, it's not a good idea, the wifi doesn't work very well.

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and nice. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

The flat is very practical, fully equipped, you can keep it cool on summer days 37C outside even without AC just with shutters and opening windows on shady side. We loved the closeness to the beach, just across the road, and the shower in the garden to not bring sand into the house. The beach and sea are clean and not at all crowded even on weekends in august. It was quiet enough, there is traffic on the road but not much. One bedroom is at the back, and there is a highway about 100m away, behind a vineyard, For sleeping in that room we kept windows shut and AC on because of the highway noise, then it was no problem. The location is not close to shops, I would not want to stay without a car. Przemysław was always very responsive and helpful. There was a useful guide in the flat. All very clearly explained. We communicated by chat I in english, he in polish, which works well using translation app. When we had a more complicated question he had a friend ring us to talk.

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

Cozy apartment, very kind host. The only downside, at least for the time I went (November) is the location, far from almost everything and a dark street. Everything else is fine.

The appartament is cute and spacious enough for a few people. It was very clean and the host was warm and welcoming. The view is fantastic and the balcony is relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

An absolute paradise. What a glorious find and hidden gem. Am looking forward to the day I can come back.

The best Spot when you want to spent the Day at the Beach!

First a super nice host who was right on site when you needed him The apartment is exactly as in the photos everything neat and super clean We felt right at home, a very nice apartment with its own terrace where you are also not disturbed and the children could also play a little louder without problems. Place is very nice. The house is in front of the sea so it is in a perfect location for those who want a relaxing vacation. The walk is very nice, not far from restaurants, super nice. A few minutes away there is a larger village where you can find supermarkets,shops, bars, etc... Mrs. Angela is very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information for our stay.

I love Calabria and this home was perfect. I can still hear the waves. Angela took really good care of us and was always responsive. I will definitely reach out to her again when I return to see my family in amantea.
