Vacation rentals with a patio in Corigliano-Rossano

This stay was for me the return, after a year, to the town of origin. So, to the feelings of joy for this return, reasons for satisfaction were added to have chosen an accommodation, even if for five days, in a very bright apartment complete with every comfort and, on the other hand, located in a building in the main square, in front of the bell tower of the church of San Francesco di Paola, which with the chimes of its bell made me return to mind the beautiful moments of my childhood and youth, often limifying the sidewalks of the square admirable from the balcony of the apartment!

Catia was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to every where we needed to go.

I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

Angela is a great host! Apartment is exactly as advertised, and recently updated - it’s beautiful! Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Gorgeous location and views. Bonus is that she offers a parking space, which really was helpful since we then didn’t have to park on the very narrow street. Angela is so sweet and we would absolutely stay again. I hope we get to come back!

The apartment is equipped with every utility, well furnished and nice. Superlative sea view. The host welcomed us with all the useful information. Marina di Fuscaldo is a small town but it pleasantly surprised us

Apartment in a quiet area, very clean and comfortable, large living room with equipped kitchen and also a large bedroom (quality mattress). Easy parking in front of the entrance if you arrive by car. Two lovely small terraces. Fast and accurate communication with the Host is very professional. We arrived pretty late due to highway traffic issues but check in was super easy thanks to the Host's precise instructions. We had a great time, thank you also for taking care of small details such as slippers to use in the house. Highly recommended!

We stayed with friends in Giuseppina's apartment, we had a good time with everything: clean rooms, immediate communication with Giuseppina, who was a really helpful host, meeting our requests. The house is in a quiet location, close to the center, but reachable by a vehicle. There was also availability to be able to use the outdoor pool. Recommended!

Impeccable cleanliness, sheets and towels included and quality, kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more (there is also a dishwasher), perfect rooms for a family. Having 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other without) is a plus, not considering the outdoor shower (hot). The house is equipped with solar panels, during the day you can use the energy without thinking of extra costs. The location is very good, in the middle of the small village, facing the sea. Next to the street, on the other side of the street, there is a great restaurant/pizzeria. The beach in front of the house is free and very large, the owners leave an umbrella and two sunbeds available for guests, to be taken down daily. Beautiful and very clean sea. The pool was the highlight of the house. It is ideal for days when the wind is too strong and the sea is too agitated, you can enjoy the sun and bathe in tranquility. Very kind owners, who leave nothing to chance!!

We stayed in this charming large, cozy and furnished property, completely immersed in greenery, with a large outdoor space that reflected exactly what we were looking for, tranquility and relaxation. To complement the enchanting structure, there was the welcome of Mr. Vincenzo who was always friendly, helpful, attentive and able to meet all our needs. I highly recommend it, and hope to be back soon.

Thank you to Mr Franco for the incredible hospitality and warm welcome. Felt like we were at home, with heaps of space and creature comforts, and the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated. This is definitely a family stay and would recommend during winter. Location is a bit rural however very peaceful and quiet. Thank you Mr Franco!!!

Beautiful location: from the balcony of the house you can see the beach. Quiet country, with shops and everything you need for a week at sea without having to move the car. The house made us taste the proximity of the sea, simple, clean and organized with everything you need for a serene holiday. Wonderful induction hob! We felt at home. Communication with Francesco was perfect. He was a perfect host, he welcomed us in person, giving us precise directions to make the most of the house and also suggesting activities we could have done. But the beautiful sea of Marina di Belmonte enchanted us and we often stayed on the beach. Even if it passes by the railway, we can say that the passing trains do not make you bored: we rested during the day and slept at night without problems. It would be nice to be able to come back next summer... Thank you Francesco

My wife and I stayed at Vista Stromboli for a week and chose this apartment because we liked the photos right away (very well furnished) and considering what it offered, as soon as we arrived, we realized that it was perfectly described!!!. In addition, the location of the city of Paola allowed us to visit the entire coast from Diamante to Pizzo Calabro without difficulty. In addition, with a few kilometers we arrived in Cosenza and continuing we could easily visit the Sila and its most characteristic places. Ms. Stefania welcomed us on arrival by giving us all the information on the use of the apartment and other information on the places to visit for a pleasant stay. First a super nice host who was right on site when you needed him The apartment is exactly as in the photos everything neat and super clean We felt right at home, a very nice apartment with its own terrace where you are also not disturbed and the children could also play a little louder without problems.
