The apartment is surrounded by landscaped garden area featuring many flowers and trees and common facilities such as a fully equiped BBQ area and a swimming pool that you can relax all day long.

One of the three suites that have been designed in the villa's guest house, where there was a radical renovation in 2021. Each suite is 29 sqm, has a Coco-Mat designed sleeping system, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen area with dining area, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The villa is located on a private 4-acre plot with olive trees and beautiful gardens.
