I felt at home right away at Irene's place. It's clean, ample space, and the best part, is that it was <8 minute walk to the metro station. It's a quiet, peaceful, residential, safe area and I got very used to the place. The concierge folks are extremely nice and helpful. Irene herself is a great host -- very on top of things, responded to my questions quickly, and checked in during my stay which was very kind. Hope to stay here again if I return!

We loved our long stay in this apartment. It’s very well decorated, comfortable and feels premium overall. The cleaning service is the best we had in Santiago so far. The terrace is also amazing to relax during summer months.

Great place for those who want to be in the busiest neighborhood and with nightlife in Santiago, as well as close to the subway, but I recommend that the third person is not an adult because the sofa bed is not very comfortable for a taller person.

Alana is a great host and I felt welcome and supported while there. She is very responsive and replied to my messages very quickly. The place itself is very cozy and has a great view. Even though the address given on the listing page was correct, I was not sure I arrived to the right location since there was no photo of the entrance provided, so I suggest this to be fixed.

The owner/host's service was very attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything went well. Communication was agile and transparent at all times. Without a doubt, I recommend this property for those looking for comfort, practicality and great value for money. If I need to stay in the area again, I will certainly stay here again!

Great accommodation in Santiago. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities a traveler needs. It is very well located, close to markets, restaurants, shopping and subway station. Although there are many things close to the building, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everything went perfectly well! Maria Alejandra is an excellent host! Always very friendly and kind, she did everything possible to make sure we had a great experience. He gave us very clear instructions for check-in/check-out and even kindly sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and leisure in the neighborhood. I certainly recommend that you choose this place for your next trip to Santiago.

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. We returned to Paula's place with great pleasure, it's a magical fairy house in the mountains. perfect getaway from the busy city and perfect location to some amazing hikes.

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt right at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, air-conditioned environment, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful host and attentive! The neighborhood is great and safe, and it's next to the subway station, which makes it easy to get around at low cost, in short, everything was wonderful!!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
