Second time staying in the apartment, it feels like home, it has everything you need for several days of stay, walking 5-7 min from the entrance to the national stadium in the back area where the contact center is, you can walk safely in the area.

I had a great stay at this place. Mirza was always responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment is located in a secure and peaceful area with an excellent concierge service. There’s a store within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

This condo was really nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. The nearby park was incredible, and the neighborhood is lovely. Our family was staying at the NH Hotel for a wedding and we decided on this rental rather than a hotel room and were very happy with that decision. The only frustration was with a 10-digit door code that was difficult for the elder member in our group to work. A shorter code would have made life much easier. I highly recommend this location.

Everything was excellent. Very good location, very safe area and building. The apartment is super practical. The desk is great for my son, who had to keep online classes. It has a hairdryer. Nearby subway stations and supermarket. We hope to come back soon! Thank you ☺️

Our stay was excellent! We had to shorten our trip by a day, since one of us was suffering from altitude sickness. Jaime accommodated the reservation change and refunded the day even though it is normally not refundable. We also reserved the hot tub and sauna last minute multiple times, and Jaime was able to accommodate that too! The location is truly ski in ski out.

I have been to several Airbnbs in Santiago and this has certainly been the best. The apartment is modern, clean, very well distributed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and surrounded by services. In addition, the host was very attentive and always responded in seconds, which made everything easier. 100% recommended, I would definitely come back.

Apartment located in the heart of providence, next to the Manuel Montt subway, therefore full of restaurants and activities to do nearby, very safe area. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, good kitchen, good bed, good sofa, and good TV in the living room, good shower (although the phone is not very well placed, but details). Communication with Rene was very good and fast, so check-in and check-out were very quick.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

clean environment, with everything you need, the location is good, close to a station, you can go out at night with peace of mind and there are markets and things to eat nearby, if I come back on a future occasion, I would stay there again. Not to mention the beautiful view, I recommend it

The apartment is divine. Everything was spotless. The sheets and towels are good quality. Being able to leave the luggage in storage was key. The location is amazing, 3 blocks from Arauco Park and Open Kennedy. It really is ideal.

ski in ski out to El Colorado ski resort! It's not fancy but has everything you need and prefect for a ski trip.

The place is great, super close to the subway and restaurants. The fact that you don't need a key and have an electronic lock is also great. Two pieces of feedback that I think are valid: have a blackout curtain in the bedroom and leave at least one bottle of water for when the guest arrives. Other than that, the apartment meets the needs for a short stay.

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. There is a Carabineros station nearby that adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.

Had a great stay in the area to go snowboarding at Valle Nevado. It was a very short walk to the resort and the ticket window. It had everything we needed for the 4 day stay and was convenient for us to maximize our time on the mountain. Carlos was very helpful and responsive. Would recommend!
