Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Coralville Lake

The house was a great fit/layout for our family of four (teen kids), location was convenient, and easy to get to. It is on a main route, but we never felt that there was too much traffic, nor did it ever get loud enough to notice inside. We did have a little maintenance hiccup, but Ethan was very quick to respond and did everything he could to make it right. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location with easy access to food & shops. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Parking spots were on premise which was something we hadn’t realized but very much appreciated. Renter was quick to respond and was able to get us early check in, and was flexible when we missed checkout time. In the future, I think we’d rent the entire house so we could manage upper unit traffic during sleeping hours.

This was our first ever AirBnB stay and it didn’t disappoint! This cute and charming little home was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. To be honest, it was pricier than it was worth for us, only because we barely spent any time there. Most of our time was spent with family off site. But, we knew that would be the case going into it. We would make one suggestion, to add optional foam mattress toppers in the rooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. But, we would rent this again! Great overall experience and great communication with the hosts! Thank you!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.

This four bedroom home is clean, modern, and spacious. It has an open plan on the main floor with access to a nice screened-in porch, and a big family room on the lower level. The bed rooms are large. There is easy access to I-80 or to surface streets for getting to Coralville shops and restaurants. Brandin was great at quickly responding to any questions that I had as we prepared to travel there -- we were attending our daughters wedding. They have most of the kitchen utensils you need for cooking, although it could perhaps use a few more plates and glasses. Overall, a very positive experience.

The place was great and the host was great with communication

We stayed a bit more than a month at Brandi's place and loved the house and the garden. It is not far from the hospital, the stadium and shopping centers. It was clean and had everything we needed. Brandi was very welcoming and responded quickly. Thank you Brandi for everything! We highly recommend the place and if we ever come back to Iowa City, we will happily return to Brandi's place.

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

Kelley's place was as we expected from the description: Fairly small and basic, but clean and in fine repair. A very good price, and exactly what we wanted for a quick visit to the Czech-Slovak National Museum and nearby neighborhood. Definitely worth it. Recommended!

LeAnna was a great host! The home was welcoming and comfortable. The location is perfect! We were able to walk eveywhere and stop in to drop off our shopping purchases throughout the day.

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

This little pink retro Air BnB was so cute and spacious. It fit all of my bridesmaids, makeup artist and hair dressers with all the natural lighting to make everyone sparkle. Nikki was so responsive and provided all the information to make our visit so amazing. I highly recommend this little get away to anyone that wants have a wedding / bachelorette party/ girls get away it’s so cute.

Jose’s place was great, with lots of room and lots and lots of supplies that you may need. I would certainly stay there again!

Earl's place was an excellent choice for my stay in North Liberty. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen. Quiet neighborhood/neighbors made it easy for me to sleep during the day as I work night shifts. Having the washer and dryer in unit was super nice to have. Earl is an excellent and responsive host and I can see why his place is rated so well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Earl!

This place was awesome! It was very clean and well maintained. Came to Iowa because my daughter goes to school here and we were celebrating her birthday and mom's weekend. The location was perfect for what we needed. Parking is across the street. Only recommendation for garage is more lighting. Would definitely stay here again!

I was traveling to Iowa City to work at the hospital. Tina was wonderful. Her place is spotless and had everything I needed. We would talk for a bit on most days whenever we saw each other. She's a great person and excellent host. Very respectful and considerate of her guests, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Everything in the listing is what's there. 10/10, would highly recommend! The outdoor patio is a great place to relax when the weather isn't too humid. Parking at the hospital is $20 a day so I used an e-scooter, which ended up being faster than driving the 2 miles, finding a spot, and walking to the hospital. There are a lot of restaurants in between. Peninsula Park is maybe a quarter mile down the road from Tina's with trails, dog park, and golfing (disc and ball).
