Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Coralville

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse Style-Czech Village/NewBo home! This is the second property we’ve stayed at hosted by Kathleen, and once again, everything was perfect. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was lovely—close to local shops and restaurants with easy access. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks, Kathleen!

RJ and Hope have done an excellent job setting up this location. During our stay we throughly enjoyed the home the two of them had set up and amenities they’ve obviously put a lot of work into. It was another excellent weekend in Iowa City, thank you RJ and Hope!

From the pictures of the front, the size of this property is misleading... its huge inside. Very nice private basement space, and 3 bedrooms upstairs - open kitchen and living area for all guests to gather. Nice back yard and deck space, peaceful street - 2 minutes from I-80, and a few minutes from Coralville and Iowa City just by hopping on highway 6. If you are needing a space but don't want to be shoehorned in by parking in Iowa City - this is a nice quiet place with parking but away from the noise. Kanku's responses were near immediate.

I just can’t say enough about the host! This was a brand new listing that Brady was willing to have my employee who is relocating to the area stay for a month. I feel bad that there was a couple of items that were damaged, but he communicated with me and was very fair with the charges. Can’t wait to stay here myself! Thanks again, Brady! Dawn

From the beginning of making the reservation to check out, everything was great. Mattresses on the beds were extremely comfortable with great quality linens. Nice bathroom well equipped kitchen. It was everything my family needed from beginning to end. Restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much.

This residence seemed just as we remembered it from last year. All very clean and quiet. My only problem, and i repeat my problem is that as an old codger i have trouble operating these new fangled tv's. Plus we have no streaming subscriptions to bring with us from home. We will need to work on that. Will most likely come again someday. Thanks to Noah and family.

Beautiful Airbnb! When you walk into each room it is thoughtfully put together with those special touches of home. Loved the socks (as you leave your shoes by the door), the welcome sign on the kitchen counter, the coffee pods, farm fresh eggs & microwave popcorn. The gas fireplace warmed the basement while we watched movies (we were able to control the thermostat). Having soft water to shower in was so nice. The beds were comfortable. There was a ping pong & foosball table in the garage. There was a hot tub although we didn't use it I'm sure it was as well kept as everything else. The property this Airbnb sits on is beautiful as it sits in the country. My favorite spot was on the front porch as it was so welcoming and serene. We watched the squirrels, birds, turkeys and the deer. Our hosts, Gary & Carrie invited us to feed their goats with the snacks that were left on the kitchen counter. They are so very nice and responsive if you need anything. We definitely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay near everything but yet in a quiet space.

Our second stay this year and we enjoyed it again! The water pressure in the shower is a little light but the location is great and the hosts are helpful and friendly!

This was such a beautiful building to stay at in Cedar Rapids. It really showcased some beautiful antique design. The garden was really lovely and everything was pristine and quiet.

While I was staying here it was very nice and very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and always felt safe. The place on the inside was super great very well decorated and very well kept up. So if you like authentic places this is the place for you. If I ever come into town again I will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our birthday getaway. The space was very comfortable and super well labeled and stocked. We watched the sun set on the roof patio, which was lovely. Linda's instructions were very clear and proactive. We would be happy to stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need. There were so many little extras in the apartment that it was obvious that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up. If someone is very tall however they might have trouble sleeping in the trundle bed as it is quite short. I loved the blinds that can fold down from the top to let in daylight but also allow for privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, pristine and peaceful home. Walking trails and playgrounds, close food options, very central location. 10/10 experience, would book again without hesitation.

The place was perfect for my family. Very clean, great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Host responded very fast and was extremely helpful!

Great location!!! Walking distance to shops and dining. I’m a towel snob, and Ross provided thick comfy towels, high quality bedding and high end amenities. The condo was just as pictured, the view was a quaint little outdoor eating area. Everything was perfect!

I was traveling to Iowa City to work at the hospital. Tina was wonderful. Her place is spotless and had everything I needed. We would talk for a bit on most days whenever we saw each other. She's a great person and excellent host. Very respectful and considerate of her guests, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Everything in the listing is what's there. 10/10, would highly recommend! The outdoor patio is a great place to relax when the weather isn't too humid. Parking at the hospital is $20 a day so I used an e-scooter, which ended up being faster than driving the 2 miles, finding a spot, and walking to the hospital. There are a lot of restaurants in between. Peninsula Park is maybe a quarter mile down the road from Tina's with trails, dog park, and golfing (disc and ball).

Great place to stay. Great location. Walkable to local restaurants and stores. Condo was well equipped with everything you’d need including water, coffee, cooking utensils and supplies and extra cleaning supplies. Comfortable bed and linens. We felt at home during our stay.
