Had a fantastic stay! The place was amazing, extremely clean and well kept. It had everything you could ask for. Karen was a fantastic host and responded very quickly. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location for walking to nice low. Road beach! They had a wagon with chairs, umbrella and items to make beach days easy. Pool was a great size for us and our two kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay here was nothing short of great 👍🏾. Our hosts responded so fast and kindly!! Loved the tiki area and the pool area. The kitchen had every appliance that was needed, so that was great. The surround sound in the living room was 10/10. Movie time was great. I truly loved how they had everything marked so there wasn’t any confusion on anything. The area is great; we didn’t rent a car, but everything we needed was close enough for Uber. Overall, the house is clean, the host was great/understanding, and our stay was amazing. I definitely will recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again.

We had a nice stay at the villa. It was close to restaurants, store and gas. It was a comfortable house for two couples with private bathrooms for each couple. We were between the ocean beach and the inter coastal. Both settings had comfortable accommodations to sun bathe or set under cabanas with friends for an evening of conversation and watching boats go by. Tom was very helpful and informative.

This was a last minute booking after the hotel we picked picked out wasn’t going to work for us, and we are so happy we found this place, very relaxing backyard, beautiful design inside the house, the kitchen had everything you need to cook , would definitely recommend

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

Diego was very responsive to any requests or questions I had. He was friendly and inquired if I was enjoying my stay or needed anything while I was there. He was accommodating by adding a perk. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spacious for my large family. He had lots of activities for all of us to do in the back patio area, which was good because it kept the kids busy and it was private which is what we needed. Thank you Diego.

We absolutely loved how clean and organized the house was. Beautiful and extremely comfortable for 6 people. Clear instructions provided by the host from checking in to checking out. Our host Erica, was very helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a clean and comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood.

Great home to stay in with a large group of people. Plenty of space and divided in a way that gives privacy to everyone. The pool area and basketball court are perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has toys, books, cribs highchair etc if traveling with kids. Dan and Kelly were great! They helped us out with every question and kept in contact with us with everything we needed through our stay. Kelly went beyond her duties to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home the only thing that bothered us a little bit is just such a big house for only 4 parking spaces since its a neighborhood sidewalk parking shouldn’t be a problem. Everything else was perfect. We loved the house.

We had a nice time at Motty's place. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great surroundings, restaurants, stores. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, was beautifully decorated, completely renovated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. The outdoor space was clean and peaceful. Absolutely love the hammock and the pool was wonderful. They thought of everything for an outdoor space. Loved the huge basket with plenty of beach towels for the outside. Danny was very thoughtful to let us know in advance if he could go by the house. They were putting in brand new dining room chairs. The kitchen was extremely organized with labels for everything. He was also very responsive with our feedback to replace some kitchen utensils, and pots that had seen their expiry date. It made cooking a little difficult, but we plowed through. Highly recommended!

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

The neighborhood is serene & calm. Great for leisurely walks. The house is a little on the aged side of the fence, but well appointed with plenty of room. It is clean & neat. The backyard space is incredible, we spent most of our stay (early March) outdoors. Evgeniy was available & responsive. We would definitely stay there again & will recommend our friends/family.

Perfect house for a weekend with friend. Utilized the backyard space the most. That grotto/pool was the best part. Hosted a hibachi dinner with close friends in the backyard. Had the most amazing time!

I loved this place - If you're looking for a rental place to explore the downtown regions of Delray Beach, this is the one. The pool was relaxing, and the fountains were a nice touch. It was close to all the top places downtown ( mainly the Avenue). They even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for a relaxing day at the beach. I would definitely want to stay again next time I visit Delray Beach—11/10 experience.

David was a perfect host and proactive in offering his help and advice. The pool was a perfect temperature and my kids had a blast in the pool almost every day.

This was an amazing experience. Me and my friends came from New York , it’s beautiful , peaceful, private , close to most of the spots ,I give it a 10/10 . Will definitely recommend it !😊😊

We had really good time, it was everything clean, quiet and beautiful. Habib is a great host! Only thing is that in shower drain is clogged.

Anna and Vlad are extremely responsive, answered within minutes, and proactively communicated anything I needed to know. The home was clean and stocked with all the essentials, and even a little welcome basket. The space was great for our family birthday gathering. 13 slept comfortably with enough beds left for maybe 8 more. I would definitely stay at a property hosted by Anna and Vlad again.
